I have finally found my groomer. Took my 2 Aussie girls in today, and Wooforia did an amazing job! Their white is white white. Nails trimmed. The groomer trimmed up their outline and grinch feet. They look fantastic! I’ve been searching so long. So happy! I forgot to take a pic after grooming, but this is them.

I have a 2 years old rescue, very timid, and barks at any stranger passing by. Derek has been amazing to Teddy that past 3 times we’ve gone. He takes his time, gives us constructive feedback and has his way around reactive dogs. This place deserves much more recognition. Their prices are amazing too.

I am a new client with Wooferia. I was in the area and walked in to schedule an appointment. I scheduled during August for an earliest appointment available for new clients which are weekdays only. Our appointment was today for September 5th in the morning with Maria. The salon smelled nice and looked clean. There was plenty of parking, too. My mini poodle, who is almost 3 yo in human years, has never been groomed by a professional or in a salon. I was quite nervous for him and myself in how he will do as he’s a very anxious dog. We were greeted by Maria when we came in for our appointment. Again we were first timers so we also had to provide proof of rabies vaccine which we did. Maria tried her best to befriend Golden to warm him up to her. Because Golden was stressed and very anxious, Maria was open and very honest. She shared that she will do her best to groom him if he allowed her to (for safety reasons for both her and Golden). She may or may not be able to do a facial trim and that if he doesn’t allow her to finish then he will need to go home in his current condition as if. Due to his temperament at the time, she also shared she may not be able to bathe him as she didn’t want to stress him out anymore than he already is. She was professional about it all. Before leaving, she reassured me by reminding me that she will try her best with him to give him a good experience as she didn’t want to scar him. We checked in at 10:30ish and I received a missed call with a voicemail that Golden was done and ready to be picked up at 1:20ish. I received another follow up text at 1:30ish. I was able to pick him up a little after I received the text message. Golden looked absolutely cute, clean, and calm as if nothing happened to him while walking with Maria to me.
He had gotten a full cut with trimmed nails and a bath! I was so thrilled! He smelled so good, too! Maria shared that Golden eventually eased up to her and although someone had to help her with trimming his nails, but that he did well. She shared he just needed her to go slow with the process and a lot of reassurance. I am so grateful for Maria. She did an amazing job with my fur bby and was so patient and caring. I really was blown away with my experience as he was so anxious and had some matting before and now he’s a calm, sweet smelling, and soft fur baby. I was charged $80 for everything, but also tipped Maria so I paid $90. I have included before and after pics of Golden for reference. I already have booked my next appointment with Maria and look forward to Golden being under her care at Wooferia!

They were very patient with our dog, he doesn't like his nails clipped but they accomplished it. Everyone we met at Wooforia seemed genuinely kind.

Wooforia is awesome with My dog Midori for taking her the first time I even got a Bandana that wooforia put on my dog love the look of it on her thank you wooforia. I gone other places and they tell me my dog is too hyper and if I take her back to give her calming pills and make are she calm before I bring her back. I'm happy with the my dog Midori came out and the people at wooforia are nice and friendly! I'll be back again soon!
