Needed a cut for my Australian Shepherd mix on short notice. Explained what I needed and the groomers did a really good job. Have taken both my dogs and so far not a single disappointment. Prices are reasonable and I highly recommend this place.

Well to say the least this is the worst grooming place I have taken my miniature schnauzer, I called and scheduled an appointment no problem I asked the price and they charged me different, but that is not it.
I was very clear I’m both lenguajes how and what I wanted for my dog , have very clear instructions apparently didn’t work that well.
As a miniature schnauzer owner of 2 dogs we care for their beards a lot so what. Did they do when I say a trim only they cut his whole beard .
To make the long story short I called and ask for to speak with the owner he or she has no time to have the courtesy of taking care of an upset customer because their incompetent groomer. I ask for a refund and they offer me a free grooming , then they offer me $25 refund , I told them to keep their $25 .
I also get a call and leave me a voicemail stating that it’s not their fault that I was not happy in how my dog looks and that not all dogs come out of the groomer looking how you asked so basically they do what they want . I would not recommend this place

Woof st went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my foster dog. We didn’t know if he had ever been groomed before but Woof St said don’t worry let us handle that and they did MAGIC. They treated him with so much kindness and love. I can’t wait to bring my
own dog and mom’s dogs here. They also do daycare! THANK YOU WOOF ST!!!!!!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They picked up our dog and dropped her off. Their prices are amazingly reasonable, and will not charge extra for temper. Our dog was born during Covid, which resulted in her not being very social. They managed to handle her and even learned how to not stress her. Luis gave me great feedback on his own observations on what worked best for them at the shop. It’s amazing that they took the time to care for her regardless of how she may get. I truly believe they treat dogs with care and love at Woof ST.

Took our 2 frenchies in today they did and absolutely amazing job the boys were very happy a not stressed out like when we would take to banfield and honestly good prices.

Previously drove from Bonita to Hillcrest at 8am and then again to collect our dog at 4pm for a whole day grooming, they were great for our dog at the VCA (shoutout to Sal) but the traffic was hell.

Saw that Woof St opened and wanted to find another groomer that our dog is good with, and I'm so happy that was the case with these guys. Will be back again, Nismo happy as ever, made my day a million times easier compared to spending 2 hours driving to and from Hillcrest.

Our dog has a nail problem and a bit of a sore paw from it but the groomer took extra care after noticing this also whilst still managing to get the job done.

Priced well/fair to me also.

They are amazing my Bernedoodle was in really bad need of a haircut. They took the time to have patience with her to be able to shave her down!! The place is nice and clean and new!!! They have definitely gained my trust and my business!!!
