I was nervous about my first experience getting my toy poodle his first groom so I actually called Woof Gang and they were able to squeeze me in same day thankfully. We scheduled a mini groom for my boy but after Jordan called me and told me that my poodle was behaving well enough for a full groom, we went all the way! When I tell you I was blown away by Jordan's knowledge and service!!!!! She was the absolute best and made me feel so comfortable and helped my nerves go away when brining my baby for his first groom. Woof Gang even commented on my TikTok post about our experience with them. Never going anywhere else! I appreciate you Jordan!!!!

I've been going to Woof Gang for 7 years now and love the friendly staff and clean environment. Jordan has been Henry's groomer the entire time - Henry is 13 now! (I followed her to Waterford from Lake Nona). I cannot say enough positive and amazing things about her. From the ease of scheduling, last minute cuts, or just to know that Henry is always very well taken care of - that is why I love Jordan and Woof Gang! Henry always comes home happy and looks and smells so good!

We’ve been going to Woof Gang for YEARS to see Mallory. She is the absolute best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my special needs dog, Jacob. He has physical abnormalities as well as extreme anxiety which make it hard to groom him. Other groomers have hurt him by forcing him into certain positions to groom him. We have never had this experience with Mallory. She is so patient with him and truly treats him like her own. Countless times she has come in extra early or changed her schedule to groom Jacob. We appreciate her so so much and even now that we have moved drive an hour plus just to get our dog groomed by her. Thank you so much for the amazing service you have provided us over the years.

I don't even know where to start because I love this place so much.
I have a 10 month old large Goldendoodle, Rylo, and I take his hair/grooming a little too seriously. I started taking him to Woofgang in May after he had a HORRIBLE haircut at a different groomer (pic 1). When I went to woofgang for the first time I was super nervous to have to go to a new groomer all over again because I’m sooo picky with his grooming & haircuts. I had no idea that there would be absolutely nothing for me to worry about.
My groomer is Alex and she is the most amazing groomer I have ever met in my life. I’m not even being dramatic she is wonderful. She has been doing Rylo’s grooming since we first went to woofgang and the day we met I told her about the horrific haircut he had, how nervous I was and my vision for Rylo’s cut. Rylo has/ had really long hair and my goal was to keep him really fluffy and puppy looking. I wanted to maintain his long hair while keeping him looking well groomed and clean. She completely got the idea because she did exactly want I wanted and some.
Fast forward to last weekend. I wasn’t in Orlando and Rylo had some pretty bad mats (my biggest fear) so I took him to the groomer to get them out and I had decided I was ready to have him get a big haircut so he wouldn’t get any mats again. But they told me I would have to shave him and I was absolutely devastated because I love his long fluffy cut. I literally called woofgang crying and asked to talk to Alex because I wanted her opinion since she’s his usual groomer and she 100% raised my spirits. I sent her pics and she told me she thought she could do it w/o shaving because she knows how well Rylo does with brushing & how he is with grooming. I took him home and today Alex gave him his first big haircut (he’s had some trims but never such a big chop). I told her I was prepared for worst case scenario & I was super nervous especially with the mats he had, but I totally had no reason to be because again, Alex is amazing.
She did perfectly. She even took before and after pics and sent me them (pics 2 & 3).
She takes her time, she seriously cares about making sure I’m happy with how he looks, and she is honestly just a very skilled groomer so 10’s across the board from me. I could sing her praises all day to anyone who has a dog or not because she is so beyond fabulous.
And it’s not just me because I have a friend with a Goldendoodle who asked me for my groomer and she went with Alex and was also very happy with her experience @woofgang.
Besides grooming, the store is super cute and I love buying toys and treats for Ry there. Everyone is always really nice and making appointments is super easy.

Mallory has been my fur babies’ stylist for half a decade now and we have done so many cuts and styles and they are always so well done!! I wish I had more pics! She is very talented and is an excellent communicator. If she comes across any issues or concerns she notifies you immediately. She goes over and beyond to provide excellent service and keep your fur babies looking fabulous!!

Absolutely hate this place. I've tried staying here because they do a good job with the actual grooming but they are SO awful as human beings that I can't take it anymore. They are SO negative and shaming if you can't bring your dog in every month for a bath or groom - they basically accuse you of negligence if you can't afford their ridiculously priced services every 6 weeks MINIMUM. And they treat my dog like something they stepped in - "Oh, she's here? Here comes trouble." But not in a funny, cute way - in a, "I'm dead serious, I hate this dog way."

Did I mention they'll nickel and dime you for every little thing under the sun? Good grief, they wonder why I can't afford to go more often.

They'll do a good job of cutting your dog's hair but they'll make you feel AWFUL and they'll treat your dog like a criminal so I guess decide if that's worth it. Seriously, can't overstate how crummy they are to people AND to dogs. Gross that they can even be in business like that.
