My dog Ace has been with wood minster for 9 year, they show much love and concern. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else ? hope they continue be around for me and others.

BEWARE!!! Rip off. I took my 4 year old dog in for an ear infection. This is the second time she had one so I already knew what it was. I paid $25 holding deposit and the exam was a total of $65. The assistant asked if they can put a muzzle on her and I said that was fine. Later the assistant comes back and tells me I have to pay $500 in order to sedate her because she would not sit still. I refused because my dog has never needed to be sedated anywhere else. They told me I can take my dog back to her original vet and I was more than happy to do so. I took my dog the next day to PetVet which is a wonderful place where I Was able to look at them while giving her the exam. They also cleaned her ears and put the medicine in both ears without a fight. My dog was super calm. They wanted to rip me off $500 in order for them to look in both of her ears.

Something feels VERY WRONG here. Our first time there, we are double charged for $200+ blood test fee. When we called to have the money refunded, we had to choose between keeping it on account or having a check mailed to us. We chose check but had to call several more times over several weeks to actually get it.

In regards to the blood test that I mentioned. After a week, we called to find out if they had the results yet and they did. The person we spoke with felt very rude and dismissive. They told us the doctor would call us when they had time. we asked when the tests had been ready and they refused to tell us and wouldn't provide us a copy of the tests. It took over another week for the doctor to call us with the results of our blood test that they apparently perform in-house.

Then we go to get our meds refilled for the first time since they were filled at our last vet, and the cost here was almost $90 when at the last vet, it was less than $20. I asked for a written prescription so that I could goto a pharmacy where it would only cost $10-20 and they told me that our vet was on vacation for 2 weeks so they could not write me a prescription and if I wanted to see one of their other veterinarians I could book and pay $60 for the appointment.

So I must say CLIENT BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR. This isn't just a one-off experience with them. This is multiple interactions over multiple months. Something is not right here. It just feels off.

I urge you to read between the lines of the good reviews and pay attention to the experience of the bad reviewers. There seems to be an identifiable trend of overcharging and unethical practices.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They truly care about the patients and their families ?. Visited once again today. Was in and out in 10 minutes for vaccination. Great service.
