They are the absolute best. They came to us highly recommended and Gotti LOVES spending time there. The staff are amazing and take such good care of him. We can’t recommend them enough!

Beau’s first experience boarding since we rescued him from a kennel! It was a long stay for 15 days. He was a happy boy! It’s obvious they took good care of him and he felt safe and not bored while there.

We have used their services for 3 years now. They are really great. The staff is very friendly. Always very nice to us. If you leave a message they have always called us back. Never had an issue with them. You need to have your dogs shots up to date. (I had made copies from our vet) My dogs seem to like it there. You can either bring your food or they can provide their food.

I was very happy with my experience here and believe that my dog received great care for the three days that she stayed. You should visit before your scheduled drop off to receive a tour and have all your questions answered. They have individual yards for when the dogs have outside time. Very professional place. I will return.

Used once after moving here. My impression was dogs are outside and that’s about it. My dog spends most of her time indoors with many long walks.
Again my impression was little contact with any staff. Won’t be back as there are other choices.

Spoke to 2 people regarding reservations confirming we were squared away for our 2 dogs. Was never informed vaccination records for our one dog were missing. My husband dropped off our dogs and one was rejected for missing records. I spoke to Patrice and the owner days prior to confirm they had what they needed. The owner was horrible, couldn’t possibly admit to their mistake and now because their business is closed at 5 pm I cannot retrieve my one dog and have to trust that that wicked lady doesn’t mistreat my dog. I will NEVER board with cruel lady AGAIN. WORST BUSINESS IN THE NORTHWEST SUBURBS
