We had another great experience a Wiggles & Wags, yesterday. I give them an 12 out of a possible 10 score. We have a 4 yo large German Shepherd and he gets treated better at W&W than he does at home. LOL!! Thanks again for your kindness & attention you show with our family. Luther looks forward to his next visit

We boarded our three dogs together for a week long stay at this facility. We were very disappointed with the condition of our dogs when we picked them up. One of our fluffy dogs had poop matted so badly on his bum that there was no way he could relieve himself. I’m aware he has long fur and this can happen, but it appeared that it had been on his bum for at least a day or two considering it was hardened and he yelped in pain when we bathed him at home. Our other dog also had poop on his rear and we’ve never experienced that with him before. I’m not sure if they were sitting in their kennel for long periods of time and that’s why it wasn’t noticed, but regardless there’s no excuse for picking our dogs up in that condition.

I also want to share some feedback about communication. Booking the stay was easy, quick and transparent. I wish there had been more communication throughout the week besides generic responses of “they’re doing good. We’ll send a picture if possible, can’t make any promises”. I would think being dog lovers, they’d understand the anxiety of leaving your voiceless pets with strangers and you would want to alleviate that fear. It seemed like there was no getting to know our pets, and we only received photos of them one time and that was after I requested several times. Then towards the end of the week I was lucky if I even got a person on the other end of the phone…went to voicemail countless times. We’ve used other boarding facilities in the past and I have to say that this was the least communication we have ever received regarding our pets’ stay. I truly wonder how much attention our dogs received or if they were stuck in their kennel the entire stay.

I understand that staff can be extremely busy and overwhelmed yet it’s unacceptable for dogs to be sitting in a kennel with hardened poop especially when you have a groomer on site. I hope this is feedback that can help you improve your facility in the future since every owner deserves to feel at ease while their pets are boarding.

I took my one year old golden to Wiggles and Wags for the first time this past weekend, and I am so happy I did! I was worried about going on a trip over a long weekend and anxious about leaving him somewhere new. But he had a great time! I got pictures of him playing and having fun, and when I picked him up he was more worried about staying to play with the dogs than going home

Thanks to Wiggles and Wags I won't have to worry whenever I have to travel! My golden has a great place to go that he enjoys. I plan on bringing him for doggy daycare too!

I’ve used this boarding facility twice. Booking a stay is easy and so is the check in and check out process. They didn’t volunteer any information about my dogs during their stay, if they did playtime or had any issues. No “report card” is sent back with them which is something I’ve received at other facilities. I prefer to have family or friends watch my dogs at a house but if they are all unavailable I would be okay bringing my dogs here again.

I love this place! I use them for our doggy day care needs for my Gus Gus. He has soooo much energy and this place is perfect to help him get the extra exercise he needs. He always comes home extra tired after a long day of playing.
We also use them for their boarding services with our other dogs, Vern, Jack Jack and Truffle. They always take great care of our dogs. And they will send you updated pictures throughout the day while you are gone.
I highly recommend Wiggles and Wags!

We have had such a good experience with Wiggles and Wags. We have boarded our dogs there 3 times now and will definitely be back. They have taken such good care of our dogs and when we come in, it is clear that our dogs love them. They have a great time and are happy and well taken care of when we come to pick them up. Thank you so much to Wiggles and Wags for your love of dogs and for great care that we can trust. I know when I leave town, that my dogs will be safe and happy.

Yesterday was our 19 month old Mini Schnauzer’s first visit to Wiggles and Wags. The website was easy to use to upload her vaccination records, and we were greeted very pleasantly by the staff when we arrived. Hildy was nervous and shy but willingly went into the facility. We appreciated the debriefing we received when we picked her up and she came home happy and tired. Thank you for the thoughtful, kind care of our fur baby - we will be back!
