No complaints at my end. The staff treated Bailey Rea like their own. Bailey will be getting a dental checkup and cleaning. Being the first time everything for the procedure was explained. The patient is watched closely in recovery. If everything looks okay they will print out a paper with findings and care paper what to look for if a problem occurs. The staff has been so patient and accommodating for my very scared dog. They work so hard and are so helpful, I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. I’m so appreciative of all the time and work they’ve put in to make sure Cooper is well cared for! Truly a blessing!

Dr. McLaughlin is a very caring and excellent vet. We have a senior dog and the Dr. always knows how to get him through his anxiety, arthritis and bronchitis episodes. We are so thankful to the staff at White Oaks West Animal Hospital.

We just switched vets… after 30 years with our Dr Minder who retired .
This clinic had to prove to me that they are just as caring and qualified as he was . We took our 16 yr old kitty and Dr Hurst identified a bacterial infection and treated her. She is doing great !
One of our Yorks , Zia, went yesterday for check . Everyone in the clinic is so polite and helpful. We have another York going tomorrow for check . It’s a process folks , and this clinic has some big shoes to fill . So far … excellent!

Tami is wonderful so caring and on top of everything, she knows the owners and animals by name.
Dr. McLaughlin I can’t say enough good things about her!!!!! She’s the best and so caring.
The other staff members are the same, seems like they all work together has a family.

Due to many out of state moves, I had 6 vet clinics and one urgent care in the span of my cats 12.5 years. It is REALLY rare for me to find a place where I feel super comfortable taking my little.
Covid completely changed my vet experience with no contact and not seeing what was happening.
I am now getting two new kittens and did some research on other local vets.
WOW had really wonderful review ratings and I decided to go into the office and check it out this week.
Before I even went inside, I was pleased with two distinct entrances for cats and dogs! I went during the last 45 min from closing and was greeted warmly! Kaylee then took time to talk to me about the practice. She walked me through the new client paperwork, and provided me with estimates on future costs for visits and procedures.
Although I have yet to have a visit, my first impression was 5 stars! The way you are treated at the front desk can completely set the tone for all future encounters.
Thank you, Kaylee for taking the time at the end of your day to give me what I needed.

Dr McLaughlin is THE BEST!! She always takes great care of our two dogs and kitties. She is super helpful when we have questions or concerns, and it is clear she loves her job 🙂
