I was referred to the Westside Animal Hospital for an ear cropping for my Giant Schnauzer puppy. By Delta Animal Hospital. Stating that they(Westside Animal Hospital) would do a great job & they have cropped many Giant Schnauzer's before. I was greeted with horrible service & a "I don't care attitude." Not to mention when I picked up my puppy her ears were not posted. I had to figure it out by myself, while her stitches were freshly done...without hurting her. Now that she is completely healed from her surgery & her ears are standing. I can see that her ears have two very different & noticeable crops. I don't recommend either of these 2 Animal Hospitals. If you care about your animals don't take them to either of these two places. All, I received was a I'm sorry.

May I add, when I picked up my puppy I noticed that they cropped her ears to short. I asked for a longer,
show crop for Giant Schnauzer's I brought in pictures of the ears that I wanted. I even brought in my 2 year old pup for an extra visual.

My dad took our two cats to get baths. When he went to pick them up, he noticed one of the cats - Panther - had a small gash, a fist-sized area of fur shaved off, and some silver spray paint-like matter on the area. My dad asked the West Side Animal Hospital staff about the missing patch of fur, and was told that Panther had a matted spot in his fur. My father and I suspect the staff lied because we pet this cat everyday, and would have noticed matting on his short hair length. To be clear, NO ONE TOLD MY DAD ANYTHING until he inquired about the injury. Even then, he was brushed off with a quick answer about how Panther had a matted spot in his fur. Panther's third eyelids are out, so I am worried he is feeling sick. If the staff made a mistake, it would have been fine if they had told my dad when he went to pick Panther up. BUT THEY SAID NOTHING. I am not someone who usually writes reviews; but I am worried, confused, and unsure of what to do. It angers me that Panther may have been handled carelessly; and I am unsure of why he needed to be cut at all when he only went in for a bath. Again, HE DID NOT HAVE ANY MATTED FUR, and even if he did, why is his skin cut, and why is the area of fur that they cut off huge

I had to have my 10 year old dog put down because he had a brain tumor, and the cancer had spread. I arrived as soon as they opened because I was a walk-in, a neighbor had told me about this clinic because he had his dog put down here.
Everyone from the moment I walked in was very kind. The doctor explained everything. They took us in about 5 minutes. The procedure was quick, with no pain. My doggie went to sleep right away. RIP ROMEO.

I’m so grateful for a kindness and care provided to my lovely dog Koya,she had a surgery and I was very stressed because she is a 11 yrs old dog, and I was afraid of any complications!!

I’ve been taking my Cece here for all of her 12 years! Dr. Luca and staff including his daughter know their stuff. Her being a senior dog I experience a lot of issues with her for the first time really this year ( ear infection, polymertra, and teeth grooming) and Dr. Luca gets her right every time. I recommend this office to anyone who needs reasonable prices with the service that exceeds expectations. It is a first come first serve walk in clinic so I would get there early for an emergency. Be prepared to wait if it’s not.

Unfortunately, I will have to write this review. We have been loyal customers and brought our pets there for services for years. All of a sudden prices increase to double the costs when just brought our dog for same service 2 months prior. I refuse to pay over $400 for an eye procedure that 2 months ago was $180. and reason is because they cannot handle large dogs due to being an older doctor. They do not have the proper equipment to accomodate large dogs. This is not a good reason to increase cost by double the price and be rude and dismissive. The facility is not up to date, records are not accurate kept/charted to the point we have to bring our own records when we have visits. Customer service is not a priority in this place. High priced, low quality
