Just transferred our mother to Westbury and can't say enough good things about the staff. All were attentive and showed genuine concern for Mom's care. Kim was phenomenal in working the transfer and getting Mom admitted soonest. Chasity, the Admissions Concierge, did an outstanding job receiving Mom and getting her settled in. Last, but certainly not least, Mia's guidance in helping navigate the Medicaid process gave my siblings and I greater peace and confidence that Mom will receive the care she needs. Thank you Westbury for your diligence and for the very warm welcome for Mom. You are to be commended!

The facility did not have any foul odors. It was clean. The floors were shiny. The med carts were attractive. The staff was great & very helpful. Everyone you passed in the facility smiled & spoke to you except the lady at front desk. My Uncle is happy there.

My experience with this facility was terrible. They are constantly understaffed and abuse the rights of their employees. Many days supplies (gowns, towels, linens, etc) were extremely limited. One time, two of the CNA's left to purchase wipes to use throughout their shift. Others would scavenge the halls for them. I'm sure you can imagine how this affects the residents. If you love your family/friend, don't let them stay here long term.

My Aunt has been here for a about a year or so and I don’t get to visit often but when I went the other day and I was so happy to see happy and doing well. She up and dressed so nicely that I almost cried because she looked so good! I can’t thank the staff enough. The management there has really done an amazing job. Her nurse was very friendly as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

The atmosphere is beautiful and everyone I came in contact with were welcoming. I attribute that to Shirrell (staff coordinator) and Ashley (receptionist) . She is the first person most will come in contact with. I found her very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable and thats what set the tone to the great experience I had. I believe this is/will be a good place to live and work…

I would like to compliment Lakeisha Anderson on Heritage Hall for her assistance with my grandmother. She helped my dad in getting the necessary paperwork completed timely so that my grandma can have surgery. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and she is always so helpful to my dad. The level of care and assistance she provides is amazing. We truly appreciate her!

I am currently a patient. The staff so far has been great. The only issue I have is the patient call button. All it does is turn a light on outside your door. Last night it took 40 minutes to respond to my light. It was explained to me that if no one is in your hall to see the light outside your door, no one will respond to it. This is dangerous since a lot of the patients are elderly they could be having a stroke or heart, pains or chest pains, and somebody could die before anybody would check on it. The light should flash, or there should be some kind of sound to attract someone’s attention. It’s a dangerous situation.
