I drive a lot for work and have come across a couple raptors in need of help. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have reached out for support or just a general question, this Center has been so supportive with their travel, educational opportunities, and unmatched experience.
It is very difficult to even know where to start when you have an injured apex predator and this Center's experienced staff, thorough knowledge, and incredible facility have made getting that animal the support it needs far less daunting; coupled with the knowledge that this facility is designed for the animals' reintegration and YOUR education make that experience far more valuable.
If you ever have a chance to visit their facility, please do not pass on it! The awesome experience will undoubtedly help you understand the incredible power these animals have and provide a new found respect for all the staff that work with these animals.
Shout out for all the Veterans that work there too! Thank you for your service!

Took my 6yr old grandson out since he is interested in raptors, it was very educational for him..... He said "that is was a good thing that they only had 4 birds because that means that they're not too many birds that are sick right now".... More people should donate to this center, it's a great thing for our wild life. And it gets kids away from all the screen time that they're subject to now a days. I hope this place is around many more years.

Very informative when I called about a young bird that we had been seeing on the ground that couldn't fly. I could tell it was a young raptor, but no idea what kind or how to care for it. I called and was asked to send a picture. It was identified as an American Kestrel. I was informed to leave it alone and it would be flying soon. Glad I called. Very informative conversation.

I just got off the phone with a man named Mark (I believe) and he was extremely helpful! We have a momma bird and some babies that are in my place of work and he walked me through how to safely get the mom and babies outside step-by-step. Wonderful service!
