Toffee had her first vet visit post-adoption at West Loop Veterinary Care. Booking her appointment was easy and most of it was done online followed by a phone call. Dr. Tryba was very gentle when performing Toffee’s examination and she provided a lot of useful pet care information. I loved how staff greeted Toffee!

I had Great first experience here . Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful and caring . I look forward to my next appointments! My dog lou had been going to west loop veterinary care since he was two months old. He got all his vaccines and check ups done with west loop. Lou also did his neuter surgery with west loop at 6 months old. They always answered any questions I had and made sure lou was set for a successful puppy hood. We're hoping to have a surgery done for our dog at West Loop Veterinary Care, since they're one of the few clinics able to do laparoscopic procedures. Since this isn't our dog's primary care vet, we needed to have an eval appointment first. Dr. Tryba was so friendly and invested in Logan even though she's not his primary care vet, and I truly felt that from everyone we interacted with at the clinic, including our vet tech, Hannah. We received a medical care plan outlining the potential cost of Logan's surgery promptly following his visit and even though it's a somewhat scary surgery, we feel that he's in great hands!

I visited to check on an abrasion and scabby buildup on my tuxedo cat’s back. All the staff were kind and very gentle and patient with Wally. The care was quick and efficient, but not rushed. The doctor and tech were very patient with my questions and made sure I understood the care plan and medications.

We moved out to the suburbs a couple years ago but I just have to make the trip into the city for West Loop Vet. The quality of care is great, and especially the way they care for the way the animals feel emotionally. I've watched so many vets and techs here go through progressions to calm nervous animals, and to make them feel good about the experiences. It feels special to see such caring, so we will continue our patronage despite the distance.

Loved my first appointment with West Loop Vet in Chicago. It was warm and welcoming from the beginning and I truly felt the staff (especially Hanna and Dr. Reuter) loved my cats and wanted the best for them.
