I brought my little girl in there. She was so sick. She could barely open her eyes. She could barely breathe. They found out very quickly that she has RSV. They did a chest x-ray. They were on top of their game her nurses I will never be able to think enough they were so great with her and with me and I really appreciate all of you. You are doing an amazing job and hang in there.

I came here 1/1/25 due to throwing up. I am a type 1 diabetic who Is also pregnant. Upon arrival I was told nothing was wrong besides that I was dehydrated, so they gave me an IV. Once the doctor came in the room (Dr Aldrich) I asked her to contact my high risk pregnancy doctor to clarify they were running the right tests, and that they were giving me the right meds to treat my nausea as I’ve had past problems with certain medications that cause a certain rhythm in my heart, they ended up giving me those meds, I left AMA because the Verbal abuse from Dr Aldrich was harmful. “I’ve worked in the ER for 30 years, I’m fit to take care of the high risk problems you’re having” as to which she wasn’t, and had ABSOLUTELY no idea what she was doing regarding my health. After leaving I went home to try to rest and give myself the care I needed, about an hour and a half later I could no longer catch my breath nor breathe properly, so I had gone back in because I knew I needed to be transferred to Boise for the high risk care I absolutely DID need. To that, I was met with a Nurse named Gregg, who had absolutely ZERO bedside mannerisms, and was one of the most uncomfortable Nurses I’ve ever ran into. I was begging for water and I kept being made to be stupid for asking for water, something as simple as water. Even in diabetic keto acidosis, water is a VERY important thing.
I got ahold of my MFM, and Dr Aldrich basically refused to talk to her unless it was over her own phone. I lied in the Weiser Memorial Hospital for about 3 more hours before I was finally told I was going to be transferred to Boise. The doctor told me my heart was fine, but upon arrival to Boise it was not BECAUSE of the meds they gave me. I have never gone to Weiser Memorial and been treated for what I needed to be, something as simple as an IV infusion as a pregnant woman with Hyperemesis Gravidarum they cannot even simply give me that, so it always puts me in a worse spot than I need to be. It is now the 5th, and I am still stuck in the hospital. They have found a LOT of health problems within me that the Weiser Memorial Hospital lied & said I did not have. Gregg was terrible with IV’s, and was extremely painful. I have bruises up & down my arms from his lack of professionalism, and his lack of care. The IV he finally got in was the top of my hand, and it was probably the most painful IV I’ve ever had placed.
I DO NOT recommend this hospital to anyone, even people who have BASIC health problems, because this hospital will more than likely kill you from their lack of knowledge, and their abusive tendencies. I’ve been treated by a few doctors that were wonderful, like Dr Tibbs, who is always very knowledgeable, and kind, but from this point on I will just drive to Fruitland no matter what condition I am in, because there is probably more of a fighting chance in those 15 minutes, than a 3-8 hour wait in a hospital while you hear nurses laughing and not taking their job seriously. I have never been to a hospital where doctors & nurses have been so mentally & physically abusive to their patients, I was yelled at my Dr Aldrich all because I asked them to contact my high risk doctor. My hopes is this doctor loses her licensing & can cause no more trauma or harm to patients, because she is going to kill someone someday and be held liable for her incompetence & lack of care.

My husband had surgery here last week and the staff and care were amazing. I am a nurse myself and was very impressed with all of the staff, from CNAs to kitchen, nurses and physician. The hospital was clean and staff very attentive to my husband's needs.

I actually had the fastest most thorough care in an emergency room I've ever had. Unfortunately, I had a nurse that had no bed side manner. I found her to be verbally abusive as well as almost physically unnecessarily rough . It was traumatic and I will not be going back for that reason.

I had a procedure done here recently, and the staff was extremely kind.
Shout out to Sarah and Nathan-- probably the most memorable and top nurses I've encountered and I've had to interact with a lot of nurses!

Very unprofessional and won't give any kind of transparency, Go somewhere else if you can. Asked numerous nurses and admin if they were being hacked. They point blank lied to my face. Now it's coming out they were. I tried to warn them of vulnerabilities back in July. Seems they don't care about patient records staying confidential. Who knows if this group even exploited what I found... Even more alarming is they made a big deal about me not wanting to sign data sharing information which clearly they shouldn't be doing.
