This is in regards to Dr Schwartz. I wished I would have said something when I was there. He wanted to get a look at my dogs teeth. She was grabbed by the throat and seemed to be having trouble breathing. I did question why he was doing that and he said gruffly " I'm trying to look at your dogs teeth mam". Also when my 2 pound puppy was in there, he wanted to give her 3 vaccines in one. Beware of Dr Schwartz

Dr. Larry Zeis is the very best of veterinarians (think James Herriot). From my days of first bringing my dogs and cats into Watson Road Veterinarian Clinic up til now (40 years), he has embodied all the qualities you long for when entrusting your precious pet to a medical professional. He has empathy, compassion and a true love for all animals; all this along with being a premier professional in his field. His knowledge, empathy and grace always give me comfort whenever my pet companion requires his services. From triumph (excitement in a new pet) to tribulations (ensuing vaccinations, bumps and bruises) to tragedy (saying our last good-bye to our beloved pet), he will stand by your side. He has been a true blessing in my life.

After 15 years with my beloved Seamus, I had to say goodbye this week. Thanks to the compassionate care of Dr. Schwartz, his medical team and everyone at Watson Road Vet Clinic, from the front desk to the back room and beyond, I know he passed peacefully and we were, as always, treated with respect and kindness. I have been taking my pets, which have been many, to Watson Road since the 1980s, and although there have been some recent changes, it is reassuring to know this is still
Watson Road Vet Clinic. OK, one difference...more and better chairs in the lobby. Yay!

I have been going to this clinic since Dr. Zeiss opened the doors in 1982 and I can't say enough good things about him his staff and the other vets in his clinic. They are absolutely the best! I get nothing but kindness compassion and understanding from everyone there and they truly love every animal that comes thru the doors. I recently took my cat Daisey in after she was hemorrhaging and severely anemic and also had a few bad teeth. It's a long story but a vet techs cat named Charlie literally saved her life donating his blood. She had to have a blood transfusion and thankfully it saved her. I want to thank all of you at this wonderful clinic for taking such good care of all my pets and a BIG THANK YOU to Charlie. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Schwartz as well for his kind compassionate treatment and his quick response knowing what to do to save my Daisey.

I've been taking my kitties to Watson for several years now. I like all the vets there very much and have never had a bad experience. The receptionists and techs are friendly also. The vets are kind and caring, thorough and take time to explain everything. I wouldn't take my precious babies anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for years. The last couple times I’ve had a few diff things that have rubbed me the wrong way. The other day I got a call asking me to confirm the two appts I had coming up. So I called to do that, was put on hold for 9 min. I had to get back to work. So I hung up; today I was asked to be put on “a brief hold” and that was 6 min. When I mentioned it to the girl she said we are on lunch break. Ok well that wasn’t the case the other day at 3pm when I called. I was just giving some feedback. Yesterday they forgot to charge me for one of my dogs earlier visits on the same day. So I called them today to pay for it. She didn’t say thank you or we appreciate it nothing. I could’ve just saved myself the $150 and not called in, I like Dr. Zeis and Dr. Stewart. Some of the techs could learn some etiquette skills. This is my honest feedback. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for 9 years.

They administered a topical opioid on the back of my cat’s neck for a simple eye infection. They did this without my knowledge or permission. Then simply handed me a pamphlet about the side effects for my cat and myself if exposed. After getting back into the waiting room after my cat was seen, the tech approaches me and says that they wanted to take him back to see the dr. so they could administer his antibiotic cream on his eye prior to him leaving. The tech when returning says, “that she misunderstood the dr. and that she administered the opioid instead and here’s the pamphlet with the details”. This veterinarian was not thorough as well and only completed half of the processes that they charged for.
