TERRIBLE I’m commenting a year later just to let ppl knw NOT to EVER send their loved ones here . It’s almost a year of my grandmothers passing & i STILL advocate for STATE to come in this building. It’s ridiculous I’m a CNA myself & I’ve never seen anything like it , the rudeness the negligence the management like how are yu over a building arguing with family about their loved ones ? they truly do not care as long as their license isn’t being involved . God sits high & looks low , it’ll never b a cold day in hell for them . KARMA IS REAL

This place is horrid! I would not take my worst enemy there. My loved one was treated for alcohol withdrawal with lubrium. He was a drooling zombie. I saw him everyday. I saw NO alcohol withdrawal as I understand it. After the medicine was stopped he could not walk,hold himself up or even feed himself. All things he was doing upon arriving on the 7th of October. His room was crawling with german roaches. We watched them crawl up and down the walls. Run across furniture and in furniture drawers. I would think a medical facility would know the health hazards of roaches. Especially to those with respiratory issues. The staff were not obviously rude to me,but rude nonetheless. I took my loved one out on the 30th of October. He is still in need of specialized care,but is walking and taking care of himself. Again please think twice before taking a loved one there. One shining light was a CNA, Sophia. She is a beautiful young lady with a caring soul. I watched her take care of my loved one with TLC. In a word this place SUCKS!

As a person with first-hand experience at this place. How I watched the employees goof off, how the employees treated their residents, also leaving them soil. Literally drowning them when it shower time to the point certain resident hate showering . Every staff that works is either fed up, agitated, or annoyed with residents. I wouldn't leave my bird in their care.

The administrator in here is a dictator... she has not once but twice admitted to not being qualified to do her job in front of a resident and worker! She is making rules up and cannot back up her claims! Whenever someone shows her proof that she is wrong she acts like a little kid and storms off instead of proving her point. She plays that it's what I say or else game! She has been caught lying multiple times and called out on it but tries to switch the blame on the other person.
The A.D.O.N. on hall 1 has been here less then a month. She also lies a lot about stuff she knows nothing about but the worst is she starts arguments and fights with the residents for no reason!

The people here are outstanding. They treat my mom well and every time I go visit, she's clean and being treated and fed well. They make sure she gets to participate in activities even though she can't walk. They keep me informed about the care and well being of my mom. I really appreciate everything they have done to help our family. Over the phone, they are courteous and polite. This is a really good nursing facility.

DO NOT send your family members here ! From the care residents receive to administration , it is RIDICULOUS ! No customer service at all , poor communication , RUDE , the list goes on ! The turnover rate is continuing . This facility needs to be looked at IMMEDIATELY!!! STATE & CORPORATE need to be involved. This is the WORST facility in the Panhandle 0/10 ! You also can’t complain to anyone , they have an issue when you bring any attention to what’s going on .

My mom has been there for over 5 years. Because of a bad experience at another facility I spent most of my time at the facility watching over mom since she has dementia and is unable to fend for herself and communicate so she is totally at mercy of her care takers. Not only did this facility pass the test of abuse and neglect, they exceeded my high expectations of createing an environment of love and giving the elderly a high quality of life. I recently read a post of someone bashing this facility, so I decided I need to set the record straight. This facility is filled with loving underpaid, under appreciated (mostly by residents families who are not around enough to see the genuine love extended to them by staff and other residents,) I promise you this facility is all about the residents and taking care of them. God made us human and sometimes mistakes are made, but this facilities staff are as concerned about these residents as you are about your loved one. If you question your loved ones care, by all means report it to the staff so they can remedy the problem. I was so blessed during the pandemic KNOWING my mother was in good hands being cared for by loving staff that treats mom AND ME as family. More than 4 times I got a video chat from a staff member with mom on thr other end. It is hard to make the choice of having to put a family member in a nursing home, but to find a nursing home like this actually gives your loved one true quality of life.

I have had the pleasure of working side by side with the staff here at Washington Rehab, and it has been nothing short of a great experience. You are always greeted with a warm welcome and the staff is always willing to assist with anything you may need. While walking to halls of the facility I noticed the CNAs and nurses giving their full attention to their residents to ensure they were receiving the best care. The staff here treats the residents as if they are their own family. The residents here that I spoke with had nothing, but positive remarks to make regarding their care here and the staff that takes care of them. The management team here is heavily involved in the daily operations and care of the residents within the facility. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved one.
