this place is awesome! I came in without an appointment in the afternoon so I wasn't surprised that they couldn't do a walk-in so i used the self service and then I did the add-ons for the gland expression and nail trimming.

the lady was so nice that she finished drying my dog for me and even gave him a little complimentary butt and paw hair trim

I appreciate a business that goes above and beyond just to make their customers happy. I run a business too and this is how I treat my customers because they can always go somewhere else to spend their money and it's nice to show them that they're appreciated. thanks again, I will be back!

Liz does a good job and has proven to be the most reliable dog groomer in the area. There’s other places you can go but I haven’t found the cheaper options that people mention. I’ve frankly paid more to have my 10lb dog groomed and it take 5 hours and it be the worst haircuts ever. No joke, I’ve given my dog better haircuts than some of the other places in the neighborhood. At washing spot services have been done in reasonable time and there’s always been great communication. It’s easy to set up appointments and the prices are really fair. I also feel better supporting a small independent business. If you’re looking for a reliable spot to bring your dog in this area the washing spot is it!

Great spot for washing dog yourself! They provide soap, scrubber, brush, wipes, pupfume, towel, and blow dryer. Blow dryer is a game changer. They also take same day appointments to use the wash tubs!

This experience was disappointing and then it got weird and awful. I came here because a groomer I liked was working here. She did a great job, my issue was with the owner.

I took my pup here for the first time last week. She is a 35 lb aussie doodle with short fleecey hair and a longer strip on her back. I was told after the fact that all doodles are considered large dogs because of long curly hair and extra stuff, none of that applies to my dog but whatever. Anyone can have a policy. The problem is none of that was on the website. The owner was rude and dismissive when I told her she needed to have clear prices, did not take the fee off, even as a first time client. It was like a $30 not crazy but also not relevant.

Anyway, I picked up my dog and was a few mins late, I was annoyed about the unlisted charges and let her know that. She replied that I was lucky she didn't charge me their $60 late fee.

I looked at the website and it said the late fee was $25!!!

She made all price related stuff up. If I had paid that fee I'd report them. Also my dogs harness was on upside down with the handle on the bottom for some reason.

Love taking my dog Ripley here!! I'm a regular so they know exactly how he likes to get groomed. Super furiendly and pretty much have last minute appointments available.

I love washing spot!! Liz IS AMAZING!! My doggie spoon always has the best times there and I haven't seen him hurt. I kept jumping around different groomers because they would always hurt my dog.

This place got too expensive. I started bringing my cat here for nail trims during the pandemic which they charged $20 for. Today I paid $30!!
$20 was already on the higher end but was willing to pay that as it is LA after all. $30 sounds crazy for a few min of nail trim on a very calm cat.
