Amazing facility!! We had a “dog emergency” and they didn’t hesitate to take care of our sweet girl. Our dog has cancer and we worried it spread and we were losing her. Thankful it was just an infection. They are sweet and caring and show such love and compassion to all of our animals!

Wags & Whiskers got my baby Zara in the day I called. She was so sick, as I thought it was a bad ear infection, she was not eating or drinking and vomiting. I was so worried about her! They checked her out and ran X-rays and she ended up having inflammation in her intestines. I lost my other furbaby 10 months ago suddenly when she got suddenly sick. So I’m always so worried when my furbabies get sick. Thank you Wags & Whiskers for getting Zara in immediately and taking such good care of her! I appreciate you all so much!

Excellent staff as they have always taken great care of our dogs, and us! Have been going there for years and have helped my dogs from simple flea allergies to cancer on our dogs, and was very empathetic when our two seniors crossed the rainbow bridge. Will most definitely continue to support them with my continued business!

In February, my energetic 2 y/o dog started showing signs and symptoms that were very vague and intermittent. He became lethargic, and eventually stopped eating and drinking, all which occurred right after we moved. Dr. Hansel and her team listened to my concerns and continued to look into Benji's symptoms, when I feel many others could have blown me off as his symptoms were so vague and inconsistent. Dr. Hansel displayed great clinical reasoning and wanted to complete a test to see if Benji had Addison's disease. She did an excellent job of explaining not only the condition but also the pathophysiology, how the test would benefit in diagnosing him, and if he did have Addison's what the treatment plan would be for him, along with answering any and all questions I had. Benji was in a fragile state from not eating or drinking, and Dr. Hansel and her team went above and beyond to provide outstanding care, all while demonstrating excellent communication, teamwork, compassion, and empathy.

Dr. Hansel saved Benji's life, as he wouldn't have survived another day without her correct diagnosis and quick response for treatment. After researching his condition, I learned it was called "the great imitator" and can be difficult to diagnose. Benji was started on his steroid regimen and is doing better than ever. Dr. Hansel went out of her way to check in on him numerous times to make sure he was continuing to improve. Over the past 6+ months, Dr. Hansel and her team have continued to display excellent care and compassion. We have to visit once a month for Benji's injection and she is always sure to listen to any concerns and make adjustments as necessary. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone who works at this clinic exudes such a love for animals, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to oversee the care of my fur babies.

I truly feel as though the staff view and treat all patients as loved ones of their own, and I couldn't recommend Wags and Whiskers enough. My dog is alive and thriving, back to being his energetic self, and gets a second chance at life thanks to the great care provided by this clinic.

I took my cat in to have put to sleep. I had her for 17 or 18 years. Raised her as a kitten. Her liver kidneys were shutting down as was her heart. During and after the procedure I was offered condolences 1 time. I was asked to pay the bill 4 times. They acted like robots, like they could care less. Grieving , I was paraded through the waiting room with others who worked there talking and cracking jokes. No moment of silence.. nothing. A nurse caught me on the way out to again make sure I paid. "Boy have I" I exclaimed.This was also true for Andrea the vet, being emotionless as a robot. After this, I called around and found that this place was more expensive than the rest. All they seemed to care about is money. I wish I would have saved all of that money and just shot my cat to put her out of her misery. I'm not impressed and won't be back.

They are the absolute best. Any time I have needed an appt or had an emergency they fit me right in. They are so welcoming and professional. I have taken all of my animals there dogs and cats. They have always walked me through step by step. I have 100 percent confindence in them. Best vet around for sure.

I love this place. Dr. Hansel and all her assistants have been wonderful to my cat family and I. My baby Porkchop has had health issues basically since we got him, and Dr. Hansel has went above and beyond to help him, as well as all of her assistants! Her and her team are extremely empathetic. They love on all of the kitties I have brought in and take their jobs seriously. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have top tier experiences every time you go to the vet! ❤️

These ladies are some of the most compassionate I have ever dealt with. I had to euthanize my fur baby of 15 yrs the caring they showed was top notch. Definitely the place to take your babies
