Wag Sacramento is great. They always treat my little pups very well. The front staff are great and the handlers are amazing. I love when I pick up my pups, the handler gives me a quick summary of my pups day. My pups love wag, every time I pull up, they get so excited and can’t wait for me to take them inside. Shout out to Champagne and all the morning staff! You’re wonderful! ?

Quinn grooms and bathes my chow chow Cece and Loki our Cairn terrier mixed . Very few people know how to groom a chow but Quinn does an amazing job every time . Not only is she good at grooming but she does so well with handling our pets. Loki our cairn use to get anxiety going anywhere but he warmed up to Quinn rather quickly and is excited for his visits with her . I highly recommend Wags for grooming especially Quinn. All staff have been very friendly and professional and the environment is very clean . Thank you Wags for taking care of my pets needs !

Our first time here and this place is wonderful! The stay was free for our first two visits for day stay. The service and staff were exceptional. The day stays came with a complimentary walk, which was great for my little guy. We did the one on one stay so he could have his own space. This place is huge and right of the freeway. My dog Randall was great after I picked him up so that let me know he was treated well while he stayed. I highly recommend this place and I plan to use it every time we are in town!

I had a great experience at the wag hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable leaving my pup there for a couple hours. Of course she was a little nervous her first time there. I would definitely be back for more daycare for my pup ❤️? The cutest is when I would get updates and photos on her ?

Wag is very thorough in making sure your pet has a fun and safe experience. You'll want to make sure your fur baby is vaccinated. There is a really cool covered drive up so you and your pet are covered for all weather. The lobby is very cute too with lots of goodies and toys for your pet to choose from. The staff was super friendly and worked great with our girl who was a first timer being borded. My favorite thing was the play time with other dogs, so you pet can get exercise and socialization!

Overall a great experience and the staff was super friendly. We have a very small dog- Yorkie puppy, and since we did travel with ALL of our potential sitters, we had to board her. They were not able to have her participate in the play groups being so small, so my sole concern is not being able to see her other than the photo that was emailed to me. I would like very much to see a live stream at times in her room.

I trusted that my pet had a great experience. I would advise the staff to create a seamless check in process. I waited over 10 minutes just to check my dog in. It shouldn't have taken that long for whatever reason, BUT the staff was super lovely. I also suggest ensuring that pet parents are aware of the Wag app to check in on their dogs. No one told me not one time to download app. I didn't think about it until I got to my trip. I called and ask about the link. Perhaps there should be a way to automatically send a camera link to pet parents or an automated email to download app to check in on their dogs. Make it an all around seamless experience.

I do adore this group and my dogs are comfortable here. The drop off is a lot less chaotic than some boarding facilities and the staff are always friendly. I have to mention the excellent service I recently experienced when my dogs stay for 5 days. I booked the incorrect room one of my dogs is too big to comfortably fit in it and so they moved my pups to a larger room at no charge because they mentioned that there is supposed to be a internal measure to prevent these things. They let me see the difference in the room so I understood better which room is best for my pup. Additionally my bigger dog had an incident and they called me but assure me she would be fine and I didn’t feel I needed to rush back to get her.

My only feedback I will say the regardless of the room my pups are in the Cameras are a little buggy and sometime do not connect. I wish this was a little easier to navigate.
