I can not say enought how much I appreciate the care my husband received from Victoria Crossing., I knew the moment I met Nicole the administrator and gave me a tour my husband was in the right place. My husband’s health was compromised by a surgery that went wrong . The compassion of the whole care team made us both feel comfortable and this therapy department built him up so quickly. My husband actually looked forward going to therapy even on days when he wasn’t feeling his best.,Thank You Victoria Crossing keep up the amazing job your doing and letting me bring my husband home in much better health . My husband was in this place for rehab after heart surgery. His roommate was on dialysis. And he did not have an advocate. He was ignored and regularly had accidents because he was only given the medication when it was too late to help his diarrhea. Then he was left to sit in it for hours before a CNA came in to belittle him for having soiled himself. Requests for a meeting with the head nurse or the director fell on deaf ears. One nurse and 3 CNAs to 30 people is not what we were told when we interviewed before bringing my husband there. Think hard before bringing a human being to Victoria Crossing, because the SPCA takes better care of the animals they are entrusted to care for. I hope this will help make some positive changes, but after what I've there it will take a lot to make it a better place for the residence unfortunately.

My mother Dianna Coffield is there. I live in Texas. I called to check on her and she was crying. She is being left for hours in a wet diaper. She can no longer walk to the bathroom and no one comes to help her. This is unacceptable. A person deserves dignity. She is in a lot of pain and waiting on the red tape from the hospital. The least you can do is make her comfortable.

96 year old father spent about 6 weeks here. Care was very poor. Inadequately staffed and the level of care was very poor. Many times 6 hours passed before someone checked on him. Facility administrator or director is never there to address any issues or questions. Completely absent. The director of nursing can not be trusted to provide adequate care or to tell the truth about issues or care. He declined significantly while he was at this facility. I firmly believe this facilty contributed to his deline and early demise. Run from this place or make sure your loved ones do not go here.

Highly recommend Victoria Crossing! The facility is clean and recently updated and renovated! The staff is amazing. So caring and compassionate. Therapy and nursing are outstanding with focus on resident and patient wellness and provide excellent outcomes. The care and time that the administrator Kim gives to the families and her residents is unmatched! The dining is excellent with plenty of food options all prepared with attention to a great dining experience. I truly recommend Victoria Crossing for the peace of mind it provides for both rehab and long term care. Thank you Victoria Crossing!!

From the moment I first walked into Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation Center, I was struck by how amazing it smelled. It was such a refreshing change from other facilities I've visited. The staff here are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they truly love what they do and have a deep commitment to the residents' well-being. The facility itself is beautiful, but it's the amazing, caring staff that truly sets it apart. Highly recommend!

My mom was in rehab here for several months. The nursing staff was very kind and caring. The CNAs are very busy, but did their job well & with a smile. The nurses informed me of any changes to my mom’s health, tests ordered & results. Nurse Ki’Aysa was outstanding & communicated with my mom, me & my sisters on a regular basis. DON Tiffani was prompt in responding to our questions or concerns, even on a weekend. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is the food. In summary, I believe the staff here care about the patients and their well-being.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kim, the director, and her team at Victoria Crossing. My Mom has been a resident here for a year now. This is a home where the staff treats you as family, always wanting the best for your loved one and wanting them to be happy. The facility has been completely and beautifully renovated.
