Staff is amazing, caring, comforting and compassionate. We saw two different Dr.’s that were both utterly amazing. I appreciate the time they both took to sit down and really explain to me what was going on, next steps and so forth. I never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions, or felt like they were rushed to leave, they sat down one and one and I had their full attention. I knew my little guy was in good hands and that made the entire experience less stressful. I am very thankful to all of the staff there for taking amazing care of my buddy.

Believe me when I say we are no strangers to emergency vet costs.. this vet was by far the cheapest we have been to and we have been to many in the Sacramento area. Very clean facility, playing Disney movies on the TV (which was oddly comforting as an adult), and most importantly, the vets were super friendly and knowledgeable. Not once did we feel like a burden or an annoyance for asking a million questions. We will absolutely recommend this vet to all our family and friends!

Very friendly and they will fix my Paco. The doctor was so good at making me assured that my buddy was in great hands. I could tell that she and her staff really cared about Paco. Even the receptionist was super friendly and helpful in getting the paperwork done. It turned a tragic situation into a pleasurable experience. This was an emergency visit for my poor cat Tigger! He had a urinary blockage and was in pain. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel at ease. Dr. Jones was very informative and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this ER hospital for pets. The facility was nice and clean. Staff was understanding and empathetic. We had a good experience considering the circumstances.

There couldn’t have been a better place for us to have taken our beloved boy Max to help him pass on. Each and every person that attended to us including the doctor were extremely compassionate, caring and professional. Putting our beautiful German Shepherd down was the most difficult thing to do. These people having so much empathy for our dog and for us was the only way we were able to go through with saying goodbye to our fur baby. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of you at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital - Roseville that helped us!

Sadly, we had to put our dog down, He was young, but he got sick real fast. So we decided to take him to veterinary specialty hospital in Roseville because the other emergency hospitals we refuse to take him there. This hospital was super kind, we were not rushed to say goodbye. Although we brought his blanket, they also lay down a few more blankets for him and us to be comfortable. They were very patient, nothing was rushed, and they were very understanding and sympathetic. I’ve told all my friends and coworkers about this hospital because a lot of them do not want to take their dogs to the other hospitals. I want to thank all of the employees there for their very outstanding job that they did for our dog, that we love so much.

Took my cat in due to her struggling to breathe and not getting enough air in. It was super scary. I called them between 5:30 and 6 am and they got her right in. The staff was so empathetic and professional. They explained the options I had and the price without ever making me feel bad for asking. I'm not made of money so I was thinking u would have to make a difficult decision. They took really good care of Winter and the problem actually resolved itself. They did suggest some after care regarding an enraged heart but she was fine and I could not feel more grateful that they were just there. I saw them take care of other animals and talk to their owners they treated everyone and every pet with kindness care and dignity
