This review is for Dr. Topmiller and the techs who assisted us with the very difficult decision of saying goodbye to our senior dog on July 8th. She was suffering from a rare and aggressive autoimmune disease, and we initially only came in that day to get a consultation. We did not expect to receive that dire prognosis, the same day.

Dr. Topmiller was extremely thorough and very empathetic to our situation. The advice and knowledge we received helped us make peace with letting her go. Preserving our loved one’s quality of life was our utmost priority.

Thank you for keeping our Luna comfortable in her final hours, and for the handwritten card from the team. Our family deeply appreciates the care and professionalism we’ve encountered from this clinic during this time.

I called VCA to let them know my husband was rushing over with our dog, Shlomo. They assured me they weren't too busy and would be ready to see him upon arrival. I mentioned my husband might seem grumpy due to a brutal migraine and asked them not to worry if he was quiet. The staff was incredibly kind! When he arrived, they even dimmed the lights to accommodate him. They took such great care of both Shlomo and my husband—I only wish I could take him there for emergencies too 🙂

I took my dog because he had cancer and it was time to put him to rest. The staff, from the nurses to the vet, were so kind and accommodating. They made this experience so much easier. They set up blankets so we can sit with him, and brought in last minute treats. I can't say enough for the way they cared for us in those very last moments of his life. Amazingly compassionate care.

My cat had an accidental litter (long story) and one of the babies was extremely small compared to the others. Despite us supplementing KMR every hour to the baby he wasn’t growing at all. We brought Butters in to be seen and the Doctor Hutchinson was SO informative and sweet. She let us know that butters had his odds stacked against him but we were naive and thought we should nurse him back to health.

After we took him home, however, he was showing sign of great stress and agony. We made the tough choice to go through with euthanasia, as staff pointed out when we arrived that he was in the process of passing but was struggling.

I was in a great deal of pain coming to this point and the staff were so supportive. they gave me a pin to remember butters by. Hands down best staff, location, everything!!! thank you for taking care of butters <3

I can't speak highly enough about this place. I've only been there once, in an emergency situation with my cat. After having him looked at by another vet and deciding to think it over after receiving the quote from them, the decision was made that this was an urgent matter that couldn't be held off any longer. Not only did we get immediate care, they put us at ease and took care of our loved one with compassion. Because things had turned dire, I would have paid anything at this point, but I was overwhelmed when the bill was less than the original place I went to. So, yeah, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

We just took our injured dog to this place. They told us that the wait time is 2 HOURS!!! So we asked to sign in to leave and to come back, as we left our small kids at home. The front office declined our request, she told us that we "Must stay and wait over there". I found it absolutely ridiculous, to sit there for TWO HOURS!
We left this place immediately. They probably have enough customers so they really DO NOT CARE!

I guess I need to let know my friends and family to stay away from this "Urgent Care".

This team is incredible! I was having an emergency with my senior pup at 4 am, and they took us in without hesitation. They were all incredibly empathetic and kind while they quickly got to the bottom of what was going on. Really grateful for the experience and that they’re so close!

These folks saved my dogs life! She entered in critical condition and they were able to quickly diagnose her and offer her an excellent treatment plan which led to a speedy recovery. So grateful to them & all of their expertise.
