They are the absolute best there! This is where I take my ambilobe panther chameleon, Newman Picasso. A nice employee from Petco recommended them, as that's where she takes her bearded dragons. I love taking Newman to Dr. Rodriguez! He is exactly the vet I wanted for Newman. So nice, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable (and so are the rest of the staff). My family and I are grateful for him and everyone there. Everyone is great, very welcoming and they love Newman! Literally, they all adore him and tell us how handsome he is (they say they more often get veilds). In fact, the last checkup he had, the staff wanted to borrow him for a picture! They took him in another room and were taking pictures of him, hehe, he's popular. His checkups always go well, and as usual, Newman's in exceptional health! They are always thorough and so gentle with him. Newman is actually very nice to them, he doesn't hiss or try to bite. Could not have asked for a better vet place. 😀

My cat saw Dr. Chu. I honestly feel like I paid someone to test me on my cat’s records (hello, I am not a vet!), make me feel stupid, and prove me wrong. She was condescending and obviously did not care about my little guy. I left the appointment feeling very outwardly confused and frustrated but she still did not seem to care about addressing the concerns that I had. She met my frustration with snarky remarks instead. I still have very vague resolutions to my concerns and was left with even more questions than answers. Dr. Chu was not even bothered with professionalism. I may be young but I am not dumb and that is how I felt as soon as she stepped into the room.
I will be taking him somewhere else to get the care that he deserves. I can’t speak to the other vets here but she was enough for me to know that we will not be coming back to this clinic.

My pets have been patients here for about 10 years now and I wish I had more stars to give! Everyone is always so sweet and friendly! From the reception team to the Drs., they give you the best service and always try to make each visit memorable. Every Dr. who has come and gone have been great, but Dr. Rodrigues has and will always be my pets' vet. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a way of making you feel part of the solution and empowered when it comes to finding the issue with your pet vs making you feel helpless or confused with your options. I always appreciate the estimates they give with their Plan A's and their willingness to work with our budgets if we need to hold off on certain services. I also love the fact that they accept Care Credit which has been a life saver many times. I board and groom my pets here and have never had a bad experience. I can't recommend this place enough and now that I have moved out of the area, I still make the 45+ minute drive for my babies to get the best care! I hate traffic, but if I'm willing to sit in it to get to this place, then you know they're that good! Thank you for all you do!

Edit: Apr'22 This vet has been standardized with the VCA practices and we have found the pricing and sales techniques not to our style anymore. Their staff is genuine tho.

Our dog had 3 vets in 8 years, and this was the one that stuck. The pricing is reasonable/competitive and they provide written estimates for each procedure and each time it was less then the estimate - who wants a surprise? Unfortunately, we lost our dog 6 months ago to cancer, but the compassion we received from the staff during the hardest 2 weeks of my life was overwhelming and surprising. I don't have a lot of experience in this regard but the entire staff, even those I had met only on the phone, knew about us and were there to support us during it. Our primary vet even called me from his international vacation to provide us some critical advice - they went above and do care for the animals greatly. We look forward to bringing our next family member for a check-up.

I love Tri City Pet Hospital. I've been taking my chihuahua here since he was 4 months old (he's now 10 years old!) and they've taken such good care of him. They have a beautiful and very clean facility. They give great one on one service. I've never had a problem making an appointment & they never leave me waiting longer than a couple of minutes for appointments.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I get postcard reminders of vaccines my little one needs every year. Whenever my little one has any procedure or anything done, they always call to follow up & see how he's doing. I love their concern & attention.

My favorite is Dr. Rodriguez; he has great bedside manner and is always very patient & gentle. He is also thorough but rational with his diagnosis of problems.

Even though it's a 30 minute drive for me and they're a little more expensive than an average, smaller vet, I will continue to use Tri City because they're the best and definitely worth it.

I really love the dedication the staff show to each animal they encounter! There has never been a time where I didn't feel like they had a true interest in the well-being of my dog. They make every effort to address owner concerns for their pet; with a willingness to collaborate with the owner regarding the best course of treatment in respect of the owners ability to pay. They are truly exceptional! 🙂

I bring all my cats here. Some of them are strays that have adopted us and they treat them all with the same loving care. Not only are they good with the animals, but they are good with the owners too. They have always been kind and respectful with me. I have liked all the doctors I have seen, including Dr. Jung. I'm not sure what happened with the other customers, but she hs always been great to me and my pets. They alwys give you options on treatment and I have never felt pressured to get services I didn't want or could afford. I love this place!

I've been to more than 2 dozen pet clinics and hospitals over the last 25 years and this one is far and away the best! Staff is courteous, attentive and kind, and great with animals. I went in with a 16-week-old kitten (who also handled it well). They are great with customer flow and keeping the chaos to a minimum. It's a wonderful place, open 7 days a week. Just a note, they told me that the busiest day of the week is Sunday morning, just FYI.
