Recientemente llevé por primera vez a mi perrita Bella y me atendió el Dr Fernández y quedé encantada con su servicio, profesionalismo y sobre todo un gran ser humano con mucho amor hacia los animales, concintio mucho a mi perrita Bella,estoy muy agradecida con el y con todo el personal en general, han sido muy amables conmigo y muy cuidadosos con mi perrita, estoy feliz y tranquila de haber encontrado un médico fantastico para mis perritas y una clínica con muy buen servicio,he recorrido varias clínicas y nunca había encontrado a alguien como el Dr Fernández ,estoy muy feliz ,gracias Dr.

Tenía app para contarles las uñas a mi perro, pero le dije que lo durmieran. Hoy cuando llegue a la cita me dijeron que no podían hacerlo por que había un solo doctor. Para que me dieron la cita, le di a mi perro los calmantes ayer y hoy. Una falta de respeto total. Obvio no voy a ir más.

I have to give 5 starts to this place because I didn’t have the option to give 100. I’m completely greatful with the staff. I am more than grateful to this place for the quality of the people who work there. Starting with Dr. Fernandez and Ivette, excellent humane and charitable people. They took the time to listen to my anguish and understand my situation with my dog ​​Tito. What a joy and satisfaction to be able to find people with a big heart who help you in that way. I went with my dog ​​who had a terrible urinary infection and they arranged everything for me so that the process was much easier than I expected. Dr. Fernandez and Ivette, God bless you, thank you very much and thank you very much VCA for the service.

I wanted to Thank VCA. Thank you, Dr. Pierce & team. Mozart had surgery on Friday. I’m thankful for the education I recieved since he was a puppy on this monster called GVD aka “Bloat” which Mozart being a standard poodle he’s at risk for. I appreciate Dr. Pierce knowledge, experience and her advocacy for animals. I also appreciate her providing me resources and explaining in layman’s terms what happens to dogs when “GVD” attacks, most don’t survive & you have a window of time to get them into surgery. A successful GVD surgery was provided along with neuter & teeth cleaning Surgery day everything went well. Dr. Pierce communicated constantly with me on the treatment plan which I appreciated. I was a nervous reck however Alyssa, Richard, Amaya ALL were great. Mozart looked good. We were treated well. Thanks, Dr.Metzgar, Dr.Mackenzie, major thanks Edgar(I love this manager), Liz (vet tech), Bridget hotel manage ( the kindest) as well as Denise( Hotel receptionist) , and Quoran (Bather-hotel). It truly takes a village. I am very pleased, thanks so much for everything you do for Mozart. Also, VCA, I LOVE the VCA app what an incredible tool you have for pet parents. I LOVE being able to have access to a vet tech who was able to assist me with the resources & phone numbers for my emergency with my dog. That app is priceless. Thank you team. Kudos!!! & Dr.Pierce for going the extra mile to ensure my Bestfriend was taken care of.

Dr Haro and Maya were absolutely wonderful. Both were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I did feel rushed or anxious at my dogs visit. Both took their time with my dog and both were very thorough in the exam and treatment. I highly recommend them if you love your fur baby(ies) as much as I do.

Me and my boyfriend brought our cat in for an emergency. We go in and the staff were very friendly. We told them the situation with our cat and were lead into a room. We had to wait for over half an hour. The doctor checked our cat’s vitals viewing what was the problem. Once he left, the nurse cane back and basically told us what we already knew. However, in order to know what specifically was causing this, they wanted us to pay 1,000+ just to tells us what was actually wrong. Luckily the nurse was nice enough to recommend some other vets that actually would help us. Would not recommend coming here. They don’t even help and they just wasted our time.

I went yesterday to the clinic because my baby is being sick…All I have to say is the Dr Fernandez and Ivet did han amazing job they answered every single one of my questions as a worried mom they treat Apollo the best way possible playing with him he wasn’t nervous anymore advising me about his feeding etc…The doctor call next morning asking for him Ty guys for being that caring and lovely ?
