Had the first appointment of the day. They promptly opened the doors at 8AM, actually they left me in a few minutes earlier since I was a bit early for Ash’s appointment.

Kayla, the vet assistant, was super nice and helpful with the questions I had before and after meeting the doctor.

Dr Siavash was also very helpful and with recommendations and information and was very gentle with Ash.

Looking forward to coming back in 2 weeks for the follow-up appointment.

Brought my car in for a visit which may have been crystals, a blockage or even maybe something he ate... the doctor only pat down my car and took his temperature and told me he was in pain.. well duhhh that's why I brought him in. They tried charging 1500-1800 for a xray and blood work which is crazy. . I found a new location for$65 bucks but had to wait a few hrs. By the time I got my cat to the next vet he died in the car on my way there. Im so pissed.. they didn't give him anything which I could've paid for. Did not purposely check him. I'm no vet but clearly I know something is wrong. Don't bring your kids unless you're willing to spend your savings

Honestly I have been taking my dog here for 9 years now. The techs are nice and treat my dog well and they answer all of my questions. Which is why my rating isn't that low yet. But the one thing I hate is the prices for everything. Blood work panels almost 600 to 800 dollars. I mean really? Even just to be examined. I mean an arm and a leg for some shots and blood work should not be pushing almost $1000 to $1300 combined. Some stuff I really have to wonder in regards to price compared to other animal hospitals and I feel like the prices have gone up because once upon a time I used to be able to afford it. One time I tried calling the animal hospital and spoke to someone, okay cool but then they placed me on hold, then hung up on me no call back even though they knew my name and information. But I said okay cool no worries I'll try to just make it in. Which I did.
And now today, Saturday, I tried to come up to the animal hospital to get dog food since I just got off work (It's hard to make it here during the week with the hours I work and I get off work
on Saturdays around 3 ish.) so I have to rush here They close at 4 I made it by 3:48. As soon as I walk up to the door someone puts a sign on the door saying they are now closed and for emergencies to go to two other locations that aren't even close by and walks away. And I looked on with a "really" look. To get dog food doesn't even take 2 minutes. Close the door after me if you need to or whatever but at least if someone is standing at your door especially when u JUST put the sign up the moment they WALK UP to the door you can ask me what I needed first respectfully and communicate if I'm physically right there. 2 minutes of your time isn't going to hurt especially if you're supposed to be open til 4 PM and I drove all this way and mind u there is literally no other customers out here at that time.
