Amazing experience taking my 8 week old guniea pig here! They were able to squeeze me in as a new patient when an abscess emerged. They were so kind, helpful and understanding. Definitely recommend for small animals.

After moving to the area, I researched like crazy on where to take my fur babies.
After several recommendations from the “mom groups” on fb, I landed on VCA Noyes. I decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed. The whole staff is very friendly. However, I was more-so impressed with the main vet, Dr. Zimmerman. He was great with both my dogs. His bedside demeanor is very kind.
He was even knowledgeable on my shar pei, a breed most vets aren’t too familiar when it comes to their needs and health issues. I was super happy when he came up with a solution to his ongoing ear infections which actually worked.
I’m super glad I came across this office. You can tell they genuinely love animals. This will be our go to vet from now on. Thank you!

Had a "free visit" with my rescue puppy. $130+ for a stool sample. Over priced and pushed their yearly plan for all visits... Something like $80.00 a month. Did not get the feel good vibe... Got the were here for the money. Will not be back.

We found out that our dog was very sick and unable to be saved. To no fault of VCA at all. The issue is that on our way out to take our dog to say goodbye to our kids we had scheduled that we would be back within an hour or two to do the dreaded process of letting go. Before we could even grasp what happened they sent us a link to pay for the exam...while we were still there and maybe five seconds after learning the news and setting up the time we'd be back that day. Really? You couldn't just wait one hour until we came back and add it to the $400 bill we're going to have to pay to put him down? We were told sometimes it's not a requirement to pay for an exam that results in having to put your dog down but it's up to the doctors discretion at the time. So they have a loose policy that "sometimes" requires you to pay and sometimes doesn't. Guess it just depends on how much money they need that day?They also had a "miscommunication" with the pet cremation place and somehow didn't get us a clipping of my dogs fur which we had asked for. They did offer a partial refund on services but money doesn't really make up for it. The prices are the highest in the area and after the experience (I will acknowledge the nurse was very compassionate) we had after one of the hardest days of our lives we would not come back or recommend.

What a great place. They got me in and out in no time at all and they treat you like family. Our dogs love the staff as well. Visit on 2/20/25. They are still amazing. The staff is amazing.
