Todo esta bien en la clinica el unico problema es q no hay quien hable español.. cada cita pago 300 dolares y pues en ocaciones sales igual que entraste porque no hay nadie q te explique las cosas

My dog developed an inner ear infection. I’m new to area so I chose lakeside to treat my dog I love so much. Everyone here seems to genuinely care for the pets that arrive here. The front desk personnel are extremely professional and personable.
Dr. Gonzalez was my doctor and I have been very satisfied with his treatment and explanation of all the steps taken. He is VERY compassionate towards the patient and the patients “parents “. He is very knowledgeable and approaches the ailment in a personable method. He is very delicate and understands that not only is the patient in distress but the human is too. I’m a critical person, so my rating is well deserved. I would’ve given 5 stars but one of the tech’s got really grossed out by a tick I pulled off of my dog while waiting to be seen. Kinda part of the job?
I highly recommend lakeside.

My sister told me VCA Lakeside Animal Hospital offered a $99 voucher for new rescue adoptions. My previous vet practice did not offer me any discount for a new rescue, though I'd been bringing my cats there for years. For me, it was an easy decision to switch. VCA made it painless, and they were fantastic to talk with on the phone. My appointment was scheduled, and I got my sick kitty in quickly. I'm happy with the care my cat has received, and the veterinarian(s) and staff are wonderful. ❤️

Transparent, great access to short notice appointments, offer standard vet care and a fully prepped emergency center. Great pricing relative to some of the older vet offices in town and do not try to sell you constantly with fear tactics. Refreshing. Love them so far.

Exceptional staff and doctors. My clinic, nor the clinic of the dog I recently adopted, would see us in any reasonable time frame. Dr. Gonzalez had a genuine care for my sick doggie, T'pot. After several visits now, I feel comfortable and secure my family is receiving the best treatment.

Took my new puppy Dozer in for 1st time. From the minute you walk in they are kind and I felt they truly cared for my puppy. I new patient gift bag was amazing and the free dose of flea and heartworm meds made me so happy. The assistant was so kind and took a lot of time to go over everything with me didn't feel rushed and Dr. Sophia was so kind and thorough was well. We have another appointment today I look forward to the visit. Thank you everyone.
