VCA Cypress has the best customer service and best professionals. I have taken my dog and cats there for a while already and they always go above and beyond doing everything they can to help us. All the staff is excellent, very respectful, compassionate and knowledgeable not only dealing with us and our animals in the best way but also taking time to educate us and showing us how to do some of the procedures at home. They are constantly following up with us regarding the treatments, even in late hours when needed. The work they are doing is remarkable and impossible to describe in just a few words. We will be always glad to have wonderful people like them around us. Respectfully, I would like to say a special thank you to Linda, Debbra and Dr April Ervin as they are directly working with us. Their empathy makes VCA Cypress to be so unique. You guys rock! ?

I took my baby Stella for a follow up appointment on 09/02 after being seen by the ER team at the VCA Antioch location. My girl had a superficial corneal ulcer that required antibiotic ointment and wearing an e collar for over a week. Dr. Chiang did the necessary exam and I was informed her eye had healed without any complications.

I was IMPRESSED by all the staff at this location! They were very friendly, warm, and professional! They were very sweet to Stella and even gave her a bow and goodie bag for visiting. They aren't my primary but with all the love my dog received I am planning on making future appointments for her vaccinations next year through them.

Thank you for all the love and goodies you showed my baby!

Horrible experience for my family and I, our dog “Buddy” was only 4 years old and unfortunately passed away on the 21st. He was given medication to sedate him for testing. He was given 4 doses and on the 5th one they doubled it for him to finally fall asleep because he kept fighting the medication. I believe he overdosed because his heart rate dropped when trying to wake him up and unfortunately passed away. Our hearts can’t take this pain of a sudden death.

Used to use them. They never found answers to my pets' ailments. But always took my money. Never communicated within so vets would want to run the same tests and ask the same questions for the same problem. No progress ever Took place in solving my pet's problem. Took my cat here to be spayed and they messed that up. She showed signs of being in heat after the supposed spay. Turns out the Dr. that did the surgery just so happened to move to L.A. right after my cats botched surgery. She sutchered her up so horribly she still has issues at the site. When calling to have her fixed again, they wanted to do a $400 blood test to see if she was in heat when there are clear signs of it, then another exploration surgery to see if there were remnants left, and then a frikkin surgery to fix it. AND CHARGE ME all along the way FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Such a greedy malpractice untrained company. The staff is kind but that doesn't help with lack of suitable veterinary care. I would only recommend to avoid this place.

This is a picture of Molly getting her third acupuncture treatment. She's like a new dog! We were told if this didn't work it was surgery and 10K which we can't afford. She is all better. In fact she's in better shape now than she's been in years. Thank you Cypress Veterinary!

I have been going there for almost 20 years now. My dog angle always wanted to go visit so this would tell me they are good. I have not had an issues with them
Now my 7 year old grace loves visiting them. She thinks its a treat to go visit.
