We've been using this veterinarian since 2016 and have always had excellent service. Our dog is a bit of an ornery fellow, but VCA has always treated him well. We use them for all of his regular care, boarding whilst on vacations, and even for grooming - they can provide everything! The doctors and assistants are fantastic and really work to ensure my dog is well cared for. I also have been able to get rapid appointments when needed - often the next day and sometimes even the same day. Some of their services are admittedly a bit expensive compared to some other local vets, but I've never had a bad experience yet and I trust them.

Took my dog to here because he had an ear infection and saw “doctor” Ashley domeracki. The amount of empathy this person has is similar to the amount of sugar you can scoop with using a toothpick. This lady is the worst person to talk to people. She may be ok with dogs but never be in a room with her because she’s just a rude person. Another time our dog had a cut and we were explaining it to her and she was standing in the furthest corner listening and would not come near us. The other people at this place are amazing but this lady is just horrible and will always have to ask for one of the other lovely vets. There have been other bad experiences with my family members with this specific doctor. Been coming here since moved to Naperville, and she is just absolutely the worst person to do the job.

Horrible animal service. I took my pregnant dog for a check up and ultrasound. They didn’t tell me anything what was wrong with my dog she has ear infection, belly rash, and paw fungus.The vet doctor was trying to make me get an xray instead of an ultrasound because “she didn’t know how to really do ultrasounds” which makes no sense! Why do you offer the service. Also I asked how far are the puppies in the pregnancy and she said “we don’t know” just to tell me after discussing about it that my dog is passed 45 days. Ridiculous what was the whole point of the ultrasound and check up if I was going to get treated like this. If I can give ZERO STARS I would HORRIBLE SERVICE! # @ASHLEY DOMERACKI

Amazing vet clinic!! We have had nothing but wonderful interactions with everyone at the clinic. They are all very kind and wonderful with taking care of our dogs!! Highly recommend!! So glad we found them!

I've been taking my dog to Boulder Terrace all his life (he's almost 14), and I took my previous dog here too. I think I've seen every doctor there at one time or another in the last 18+ years. All the staff have been patient and caring. We love Boulder Terrace and are so grateful they are part of our community!
