My puppy needed to be seen for a follow up X-ray on Saturday and it was Friday. I called a bunch of Saturday clinics and no one would squeeze her in because they were booked. I live in far west Wichita but went ahead and called Andover assuming they wouldn’t be able to either. The person answering phones took the time to go ask the clinicians if they could squeeze her in instead of saying no right away. They agreed to get her in the next morning! Once we got there, everyone was so nice! I was seen immediately and the tech was thorough and so good with the puppy. Then Dr. Megan came in and was the best! She took her time, explained everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. They took my puppy for an X-ray and my puppy came back happy and playing. Dr. Megan texted me with radiologist reports as soon as she got them. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely make them my regular vet. I highly recommend VCA Andover and Dr. Megan.

As a walk-in, all the staff were very nice and accommodating for us and our cat, and she was definitely treated as one of their own. They quickly found out what was wrong with our cat and told us of the treatment options for her. I highly recommend coming to VCA Andover as your vet.

This place is amazing! They went above and beyond to save and help my fur babies. I don't know what I would do without VCA animal hospital. Dr Meagan, Dr Jon, Ariel, Lisa, and Jessica are all blessings. I can not express my gratitude enough. I highly recommend you to bring your fur babies to VCA... They will be in really good hands just as mine were ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've only been here once. My experience was nothing shy of excellent. I adopted a puppy from a farm and he was struggling with ticks and fleas. They were soo kind to him and definitely treated him With love. I will definitely be making these guys my little man's vet. I couldn't express the relief I felt after I left. ❤️

Allison M was great and her team really made sure they got to the root of the problem and showed that they cared. Really glad I took my dog into VCA animal hospital. as she was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. My dog was better within a couple weeks. I will definitely be back!

Welcoming staff, knowledgeable veterinarian, very reasonable price, accommodating schedule. Recently moved to the area from out of state and my 2 year old pit bull had an injury to her ear. Thinking it may be a burrowed tick, I immediately made an appointment. Receptionist was warm & welcoming and we were seen in a timely manner. Dr. Wright inspected her ear and found no tick, just a slight cut from her attempting (and failing) stairs for the first time. She did a "well doggy" visit and sent us on our way with a free 30 day supply of tick treatment. Glad to say we've found a forever vet here in town. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, easy access and honest service. We’ve been going here for years now and would recommend for sure! One of our dogs ended up having eye issues and helped us along the way to find out what was happening. After several tests were completed they immediately advised us to another eye specialist at K-State. After the surgery from K-State we were grateful it turned out so successful!?❤️?

The attentiveness and empathy I received for my companion of 16 years is unmatched. I received a follow-up call to see how my boy was doing after his care, showed genuine concern. It wasn't about selling me anything I didn't need. It was about his well-being. I won't go anywhere else.
