This is the best vet in town. We checked in at 9 and we’re done by 10:30. Cheryl is the best office manager. If you need a good vet this is definitely the best office in town. I’ve been going to this vets office for 20 years. The prices can’t be beat. They take care credit and have a knowledgeable staff. They have you sign in and wait to be called. The lobby is a bit small but we sit in the car.

My dog's leg is broken. I spent more than 1,000 dollars here for bandages and dressings. It has already had two X-rays, each costing 150 dollars. My third appointment was just to change the bandage, which cost 55 dollars. However, when I made the appointment, the record did not mention that an X-ray was required, and the text message reminder the night before the appointment did not mention that an X-ray would be taken. The next morning when I went to the front desk, the lady did not say that an X-ray would be taken today. I sent it to the dog in the morning. When I went to pick up my dog at 5:00 pm, she asked me to pay for the bandage and X-ray. Why didn't you tell me earlier? Why? Moreover, yesterday I found that the support inside the bandage used to bandage me was broken. I went to find them today, and their front desk lady had a very bad attitude. Later, a nurse who could speak Chinese, who might be the manager, spoke to me in an educated tone and was very rude, scolding me. Why didn't you pay for the X-ray? Why should I pay? Did you notify me in writing or by phone? I told him there was no reason to do this to me, and he told me that the text message reminder didn't have room for the word X-ray. Sister, you can call me. And today they charged me another 150 dollars for bandaging. They are a clinic that only cares about money. They charge a lot and have a bad attitude. It's terrible. I don't speak English, so they bully me. If you want to see a doctor for your dog or cat, don't come here. It's terrible.

This is not a complaint for the doctor but more for the staff.

I had a dying kitten with me and wish the store hours were more accurate. It says 9 but the Dr doesn’t come until 9:30 so I felt like I could’ve found another vet but I was already there hoping for the best.

Next, I understand the vet tech cannot diagnose nor treat, but I did expect a little more willingness especially since this is their expertise. They chose this profession with the desire of helping animals which at times requires them to go against status quo but no... they lacked sense of urgency and it was frustrating. They see me with the dying kitten saying "awwww no" instead of giving me tips etc. I was hoping they'd at least put an IV or put her in an incubator (bare minimum) until the Dr came but no help. They stood there in the waiting room with me trying to keep her alive as she slowly died. She passed around 9:20 unfortunately. I asked for them to confirm that she's dead and the tech said "yes I'm sorry. We can help dispose her body for $50" lol. At that point I was over it because I wish I can say they did their best trying to help her but they didn't.

The wait is long especially if you want to see the doctor. But honestly it's worth the wait. They know what they are doing and the ladies in the front are always so helpful and nice. They have good prices as well. I take my cats here, have received all their treatments/vaccines here.

They didn’t do what a doctor should do if they can’t make more money from you! I have a rescue and disabled cat. He got injured of his disabled leg. When we went to this place, they refused to clean the wound and they only want to sale us medicine. When we told them we have, the doctor suddenly unhappy and refused to talk with us. So terrible! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE!

This is 0 Stars to the staff. I answered for my sister from a random call # and the person who called was Sherryl(Vet Tech). She was really rude and saying “ you left a message what do you need” really rude. If you don’t want to speak to people than don’t work an in industry where there is communication. After she continued to be rude she didn’t want to give her name and continued to say “you need something or what”. Very bad mannerisms. She then proceeded to have a co-worker call named Juen(Vet Tech)call and as well was rude. She had her co worker to be rude on the phone.

This hospital forced my dog to get a vaccine that they didn’t need. They said we HAD to get multiple vaccine. Would never bring my love pet to this terrible hospital!
