Us Martin’s Are so grateful to called Dr. Novy veterinarian.. He’s incredible. He knows his stuff like no other .. And he loves our Pets like they were his own I don’t think there is anybody that could ever replace him. His staff are caring and helpful in all they do as well..

On our first visit, we realized that all of the clinic staff loved animals. The facilities are clean, and the care our cat received was excellent. And yes, they are accepting new human clients and their pets.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve left 5 messages, starting on June 5, 2024.

I needed to get a stray female cat spayed. I’ve left the EXACT info. they request on their recording. I’ve NEVER rec’d. a call back.

The stray will likely be pregnant & have another litter before I would ever receive a return call from them. If they’re overwhelmed & can’t take her in, at least give me the courtesy of a return phone call & let me know. Ridiculous!!!!

I’ve made other arrangements to get her spayed.

This is the absolute worst vet. Called them bc my dog wasn’t eating. They wouldn’t see her for over a week and then I call a day before the appointment bc she can’t even move now and they say there is nothing they can do until her appointment. Like what?! A vet we’ve seen for 13 years. I will never recommend them and will do anything to ensure they lose business. That is no way to treat a patient after 13 years.

We drive an hour to get there! Love Dr.Novy and so does my dog! The staff is kind and helpful.They're a busy office but I always felt like If I came in with an emergency they would put us to the top of the list! Which we have seen them do before always felt like they care about the animal so much.

I've been bringing all my pets here since 2008. I don't know what's changed but it's not the same as it was... Previously I would have given it a five-star. Hopefully I will be able to upgrade the review later.

Valley vet is a good clinic to go to. The doctors there are very knowledgeable, the staff are usually friendly, there is 1 or 2 people that maybe are not. The doctors are really caring but be careful when they start telling you that they need to order some tests and start rattling off the tests that they're gonna order without asking how much it's gonna cost because we were really surprised when we finally got the bill. Also sometimes they will do things without even asking you like give an injection or something. So always ask. Very clean office.

Insensitive, non-empathic and all the words for not caring. I would never visit or refer this place the way they turned us away to euthanize our dog.
