This place is a great place to take my fur babies to,
I don’t trust anyone with my babies,
I’m very secure with bringing them here,
They have always been very respectful to me and always professional,
I leave with ease knowing my girls will be ok,
The price is affordable but
I would pay any amount to make sure they are well taken care of.
And they are.
Thank you for keeping my mind at ease,
They are my world and wouldn’t leave them with anyone else

The worker seemed to really care about our dog and is really friendly! We also got our dog groomed and we know he had bad matting because he was a rescue and we've been having a hard time brushing him. The worker there was able to shave most of it out which is great! He even gave us tips on how to take care of our dogs fur! He also gave our dog a cute bandana

my sweet jack russle stayed with this crazy house. I was going through a rough time last year so I asked the county for help. They gave me pet motel voucher. So I took my sweet Luna to this place when I drop her off she was perfectly happy. When I picked her up she seemed like Traumatized And scared like they've been beating her. But besides that so I asked the front desk if I could bring her back if I needed to. She had 16 days left on her voucher and I asked that guy and he said that I couldn't bring her back any time. Besides the behavior she was displaying. Now again a year later, I am going through a rough time and needed to use those 16 days. Cause I'm apartment hunting. This guy was so rude. Disrespectful kept telling me to shut up. And no customer service skills. Whatsoever and he kept yelling to shut up. And I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody he says That's OK, I have the right to review read this review. Review and my review is a very negative one. Because you do not honor your word and no. You do not have a 90 day. B*** sign in your office when I showed up. Cause I asked about that voucher and how good it was for you've been paid. So you should honor that you've been Pand let me complete my service with you. Cause I'm gonna call the county and tell them they overpaid you by 16 days and best believe me, I'm calling access to care, let them know. Because you will not get those 16 days a pay that is out and you're rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. I think it's a terrible place to be. The dogs don't look happy.they looks mistreated like they're abusing. Them that's all I'm gonna say. Don't go here

Just completed a trip and got back earlier than anticipated. Val Vista staff was very accommodating and waited a little after closing for me to pick up my pup. I'm extremely happy with the service and will be using them again in the future. Rates are very reasonable and they have flexible service options. Really the to dog!

Staff is very friendly and nice. However I left specific instructions on how to care for my dogs and one of them came home with an upset stomach and had diarrhea. BTW i brought our own food and treats that they been using for the past 2 years. Hopefully this doesn’t proceed to a vet bill. 🙁
