We highly recommend this location for all your health care needs for your fur babies.

Both doctors are great, they really take the time to care for your animals. They listen to your concerns and help you to feel better about any situation. All of the staff are so friendly and they do truly make the visit fear free for your pet.

They especially don't grab cats by their scruff like they're going to attack, which is what happened at a different vet.

Our Cody was nervous the 1st visit but he enjoyed all visits after until the end when he had to be euthanized.

I can't wait to take our new kittens to meet everyone there.

Again we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group.

Exceptional Pet Grooming Experience at Urban Veterinary in Westmont, IL

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my black Labrador mix, Travis, to Urban Veterinary in Westmont, IL, for grooming services, and I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the outstanding care provided by Holly, the talented pet stylist.

Travis is usually quite fearful of grooming sessions, making it a challenge for other groomers to handle him. However, Holly's delicate touch and soothing tone of voice worked wonders in calming Travis throughout the entire grooming process. She went above and beyond, providing services such as, shampooing, conditioning, nail clipping, ear cleaning, de-shedding of the undercoat, and even tooth brushing—all without the need for medication.

The humane and compassionate treatment Travis received from Holly truly sets Urban Veterinary apart. The fact that Travis was able to undergo these essential grooming procedures without distress speaks volumes about Holly's expertise and genuine care for the animals she works with.

One of the standout aspects of Urban Veterinary is their reasonable pricing for grooming services. As someone who struggles to find a groomer capable of meeting Travis's specific needs, I am more than willing to pay the prices offered by Urban for the excellent care they provide.

The clinic itself is well-maintained, and the cleanliness is evident throughout. The staff at Urban Veterinary is not only professional but also welcoming and courteous. The overall atmosphere of the clinic reflects a genuine commitment to the well-being of the pets they serve.

The only suggestion I have is regarding the payment process. While I was more than happy to leave a tip for Holly, I couldn't find an option to do so at the register. Adding a tip option to the checkout process would be a convenient enhancement.

In conclusion, I am immensely grateful to Holly and the entire team at Urban Veterinary for their exceptional pet grooming services. I will not only continue to bring my pets to Urban but also enthusiastically recommend their services to my community. Thank you for providing a top-notch experience for both pets and their owners!

Staff was very friendly, informative, and kind. The appointment was started on time, even when the doctor was running late coming from surgery they let me know, and everything was still done in a timely manner. Overall great experience!

Dr. Torok and staff are amazing. I never feel cheated or like they’re forcing pointless testing on my kitty. They’re very transparent and give great advice. They truly care! Love this place. Will continue to drive the 50 minutes to go there 💖
