I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care my father received during his stay at your acute rehab center. As you know, losing independence can be an incredibly frustrating experience for anyone, and my father was no exception. However, the professional, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care provided by your staff made all the difference in his recovery and comfort during this challenging time.

Chris Leong (Admissions): Your expertise in navigating the complexities of my father’s health insurance options saved him thousands of dollars in medical costs. Your guidance was crucial, and I’m truly grateful for your knowledge and assistance.
Physical Therapy Department: My dad had nothing but praise for the therapy team. He felt encouraged and motivated throughout his sessions, and it played a significant role in his recovery.

I would also like to express my gratitude to the entire nursing staff. The level of professionalism and compassion shown by each of you made my father's experience much more comfortable, and we truly felt he was in good hands every step of the way.
