I was appalled by the way the person on the other end was speaking, completely disinterested and rude. Had the audacity to instead shout and project his anger onto me when I asked a direct question (whether they can help or not). Horrible experience, I doubt how these sort of individuals are running an organisation with such sort of behaviour. The first and direct response that came in was "We don't have an ambulance available, what is the problem" and mind you, this was in a horrible tone, pathetic. On mentioning, that the dog has broken his bone and limping badly, he instead asked to send a video "video lele" (probably wanting to check the intensity of the condition and whether actually help is required or not, or whatever the reason was. The thing is, no condition is big or small, it's either you want to help or not.) On asking him, if he can actually help and send an ambulance or not (which is a valid question a distressed individual with a distressed animal would ask) he completely blasted off and started blaming me "you can yap on call but not take a video?" And other such rude comments. To which I responded, I rather seek help from people who actually care and know how to talk rather than lashing out at distressed individuals. I genuinely wonder what sort of help is being provided by this organisation, that too at their own will and convenience. I'm sorry, but being a humanitarian worker myself, this is not professional and lacks empathy on so many levels.
Before opening an organisation, maybe improve your way of talking, some professionalism and ethical ways of managing your organisation. There is no need to lash out and take out your frustrations on people who are simply asking for help and in a vulnerable state.

I've heard about this foundation from someone of my knowns, And I've been looking forward to adopt a dog as well, Instead of buying I feel adopting and helping is a better way out.
So please let me know if you have any Puppy dogs available for adoption at the present moment.

These guys are always up for helping the voiceless, it's not just about dogs here .. it Is any animals. They provide food, shelter and medical aid to the ones who are usually neglected by humans ..very very helpful guy. Nikhil and his team are always there to guide and support the ones who want to help the animals.

Never got any help whenever in need.. Whenever you will call they will say they are not properly equipped they do not have ambulance service.. Even lost one my street dog there that too when we took the dog in our own car... During lockdown...

Not a very professional organisation. The harder part is to work with people and creating awareness on how to co-exist with animals. Shirked away from this responsibility and simply took the easier path. Did not see the intent of certain apartment complexes and helped guide them to cover any gaps left - instead created problems further which nullified any gains made towards the safety of the animals. Be better!
