The people there always seemed kind and genuinely concerned for my best friend. My dog has a procedure coming up and I feel that the person doing the procedure should have presented themselves to me to see if I felt secure with them having my friends life in their hands. I was told I would get the results of the recent blood work appointment within 48 hours and I figured when I did I would at least be able to speak or set up a time to speak with this person doing the procedure it's important to me to know that we are all in the same page. People these days you just don't know about them and I want to know that if something happens they're just not going to give up and say oh it's just a dog it's not just a dog that's the only living creature that cares about me and I made a promise to him that I would keep him out of harm's Way the best I can.

Dr. Rachel and Dr. Adrian are the best!!!❤️ They take the time at the beginning of each visit to play a little with the dogs. They are so friendly. They both have a great sense of humor. Our dogs love them. They take their time during visits and give thorough exams. They don’t try and upsell us on unnecessary treatments. We’ve used their urgent care visits and they gave our dogs the same time and care as a regular visit. So yeah… they’re literally the best.

I took my border collie Maple here after vomiting for two days and they were able to see her the same day I called. The staff were very gentle and caring. She was really scared and anxious but the girls there were kind and very patient with her. Dr. Kuester was knowledgeable caring and overall made our baby Maple feel comfortable. I love how Dr Kuester didn’t overcharge us for services she didn’t think were necessary. She was honest upfront and overall genuine in caring for our pet. I appreciate the staff there and am thankful they treated our Maple.

We love it here. Our previous vet was great but had recently no become very difficult to get into and after scheduling weeks in advance for appts we would still be waiting long times to be seen so I started looking around and found TMVH who had been amazing. Always available appointment times, always on schedule, always attentive and informative and will discuss after hours if needed. Sitting in a busy waiting room with pets is difficult and I’ve never had to do that here and I never feel rushed or nervous. All the staff is so great but Dr. Gammon has been our primary provider and is Amazing.

Absolutely the best vet in town! We have always been able to get our dogs in quickly, staff is very kind, hospital is always clean, and the prices are very reasonable! As an animal control officer in Washoe County, I am very picky with where I take my dogs, and I can tell you that I will never go to any other vet besides Truckee Meadows Veterinary Hospital.
