A clean and safe mall to shop and enjoy a family outing. This is the best mall north of Atlanta. Christmas crowds were manageable on a week night.

A good selection of restaurants inside and around the mall. Security presence makes for a safe environment. Kennesaw State University is next door, so there are many hotels right next to the mall. Located right off I75 makes for an easy stop for travelers.

Not the best, no paper towels in the bathroom, not very clean, the people running the sants booth not very friendly except for the girl at the photo booth. Went to take a pic of my son 18mnth old with one of the snow man there and the girl (maybe 18yrs old gave us shit about no pic, are you that hard up for money. After spending $ there all day we were yelled at for trying to ear our food at the food court at 855 when the place closes at 9pm. Iy appears the mall isn't run right.

I Love, luv, luv Town Center Mall. It's close to my job and my place of residence. It has everything I need. Because of the Pandemic some of the stores have closed, and the Mall closes very early but, I still Love to shop there. Me and my sister both. I hope it doesn't close down.?

me and my friend went into pac sun and were immediately disappointed, the employees were so rude. don't get me wrong, the setup is perfect and the store has good business, but this certain pacsun's employees had so much attitude towards the customers. from the start we could tell they did not want to help out. it was a very unwelcoming environment and i advise you to find a different location. those girls need to get fired.

A friend from out of town wanted to go to a particular store. A big group of us found what we were looking for and we walked around to other shops too. The mall was basically deserted and the floor was filthy everywhere. The mall smelled very musty like dirty feet. It was sad because I remember taking my kids to this mall years ago and it used to be very nice when people cared.
