I have stayed there and the room was nice, the facility was nice, but when you wanted something you used a call light and would be an hour or two before being answered. Now I had two durable power of attorneys but they were friends and that was from the mosaic hospital not from Tiffany but they I guess honored, my friends called a week after I was released and the administration told them stuff without my consent and I really think it went against Hippa, the information came from the social worker there named Beth, even tho I have been discharged you still do not give out information about me to anyone without my consent. I can get a lawyer, but I want to see her get reprimanded and or other actions and I want to be known about it with an apology then I won’t get a lawyer.

I can't begin to say how many ways my experience with Tiffany Springs Rehab Center was a disappointment. My Mother was in the Rehab Center from Dec 17, 2024 until Jan 25, 2025. If I had not of been post-op for my own knee replacement I would have tried to move her elsewhere for better care. There is a lack of communication from the staff. I placed many calls to the center and had to leave messages and would never be called back. There was virtually no communication on the overall Rehab Plan. The staffing is composed to a great extent of agency staff who just fill in day to day so there was no continuity of care . There are very few full time staff who are committed to doing a good job. My mother often would not get a response to her call button for more than an hour. I witnessed inexperienced staff raise her bed to the highest position and then leave the room with the bed still up! Meals were served at erratic times due to lack of staff in the kitchen. There was just an overall lack of attention to good patient care or safety. I felt like I needed to be there all the time to ensure my Mom was safe and adequately cared for. After her stay there, they deemed it safe to return to her independent living apartment. She is not capable of independent living at this time. I have had to urgently seek an assisted living arrangement. She should never have been approved to return to her home! Today I tried to obtain records of her TB skin test that is a state requirement and it was given but they have no documentation of the results. So now I will need to get a repeat test prior to going to the new assisted living. II do not recommend that anyone who values quality care or safety to allow a family member to stay in this facility.

My Mother in Law has been treated like a queen since she arrived for skilled care and subsequently LTC at Tiffany Springs. The rooms are well thought out, the food and service great, and the staff!… Kudos to Danielle, Charlotte, Kaitlin, Taylor, Patty and Mia… sorry if I forgot anyone! Keep up the great work!

The facility is efficiently run, and the team is both approachable and knowledgeable. Everyone is eager to assist and keep you informed. They take the time to ensure you understand everything and provide support for any needs you may have. They’re always ready to sit down and offer guidance during challenging moments. The nursing director maintains a well-organized and effective staff.

The place is well managed and the staff are friendly and well adversed. Everyone is willing to help and keep you in the know. They help you understand and support you in every need you can think of. My Son was a patient at Tiffany Springs and received excellent care from the nurses and CNA’s. There were two CNA’s that were particularly efficient and helpful Haley and Destiny in the 100 hall. I felt that Haley always went above and beyond for her patients. When her shift was about to be over, she checked on her patients before leaving. The CNA’s brought a menu around everyday for the next day and there was always additional options that you could choose. I was impressed with the office staff and their concern for the residents. Office staff walking through the dining area were friendly and if they saw a resident that needed help, they stopped and helped, whether it was opening containers or anything else. Tiffany Springs seemed to take the team approach.

This facility is very clean and my family member even got their own private room. The nurses and office staff are extremely caring and friendly. The therapy team is amazing as well. I would recommend this facility to everyone!

Taylor admitted me easy peasy. Hailey my care giver was excellent I swear she’s the hardest working woman I’ve ever met. Jan and Vita excellent pt and Ot pushed you to the limit I have no big complaints. Every one extremely nice and helpful if you choose Tiffany Springs I hope your stay was as positive as mine.. Regina
