Lauren at Theuerkaufs Tails is absolutely amazing. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing she was caring for my fur babies. I love the visit updates with photos and cute stories of my doggies. Lauren stayed with our dogs for two weeks we have both ends of the spectrum we have a 15 year old visually and hearing impaired with separation anxiety and a 17 month old with a paralyzed larynx requiring special slow feedings at each meal. When we returned from our trip they were beyond excited to see us. Our baby was a little skittish I think she missed Lauren. They looked to happy which is a different experience from other sitters where they looked lost and sad when we returned home. As best I can tell they had a very happy time with Lauren I knew they received their various medications and that mostly they were just lounging pups each day. I would not hesitate to hire Lauren or her special needs care staff members again.

We recently hired Theuerkauf’s Tails Pet Services to care for our 2 dogs while we were away for a 10-day trip and could not have been more pleased with our experience! Lauren provided us with plenty of updates and pictures of our dogs, which put our minds at ease while we were away. What stood out to us the most was the sitter's kindness and genuine love for our pets. Our dogs took to her immediately and were so well taken care of that they now miss Auntie Lauren! Our family is a newer client, but have already used Lauren for overnights and drop-in visits and we love her! Her level of communication is above our previous sitters, she replies to messages quickly and it’s so nice to get an update with each visit plus photos. It was a pleasant surprise to come home to a “welcome home” setup, complete with report cards on how the kids did, and a super thoughtful touch was her asking for a touch base to make sure we got home as planned and the pets didn’t need any additional checks. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies last week, and after her drop-in, she left a sympathy card for us with the sweetest note. I never would’ve expected that and it was so touching. It’s easy to see pets are her passion and I’m sure everyone else at Theuerkauf’s is just as great, we’ve only just interacted with Lauren so far. I’ve already recommended their services to multiple friends!

I am most grateful to have had a pet/house sitter for my 7 cats and 3 dogs that took such great care of them while we were gone. It is the first time we left them to anyone other than family andLauren’s daily emails and photos were not only informative but alleviated my anxiety regarding their care. Her concern, care and treatment of them was as if I was there myself. We returned home to a spotless house and happy well cared animals. I am most happy with her service and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a caretaker to watch over their “four-legged family” as if it was their own.

We hired Theuerkauf's Tails Pet Services to watch our dog and cat while away on for a week on vacation. Lauren came out several days before our departure for a meet and greet with us and our furbabies. She focused on becoming familiar with them, and then discussed her services and our expectations. When we left, we were provided an update after every drop in visit (for us, 3 times a day), which included photos. It was very easy to see that our animals were happy, healthy, and stress-free. It also took away the anxiety and worry we normally felt when leaving for an extended time, as we could tell they were ok and happy. When we arrived home, our animals acted like we had just been gone for the day, not a week. They were relaxed and happy. While we have had other experiences that worked out well, the whole experience Theuerkauf's Tails Pet Services provided was top notch. We highly recommend this service and consider them to be the only option we will consider from now on. If you need a pet sitter for your loved animals, calling them will be the best decision you ever made.

Lauren came on short notice from a referral from a friend to meet our pups and cat. She provided a very thorough and professional presentation. We were immediately impressed and knew she would be perfect to care for our fur babies. While we were gone, we received descriptive updates and lots of photos and videos.
