They very supportive , understanding, caring and they take pride in their job of helping guide me down the right Road. I learned so much about myself and how to cope with addiction. Coming to The Recovery Village was the best decision I ever made. While "I" just randomly selected The Recovery Village from a Google search, "GOD" knew right where to place me. The entire staff, from the CEO to the housekeeping staff, were very kind and courteous. Most of all, the treatment and counseling that I received has enabled me to go forward and live a healthy, sober life. Much gratitude to The Recovery Village!

I’d leave a -1 if it was available! I’m writing on behalf of my daughter who was doing well at this facility until she challenged the clinician. The clinician was insulting 2 clients during group and my daughter called her on her unprofessional comments and behavior. The clinician didn’t like this and told administration that she felt “threatened”. They kicked my daughter out of the facility, violated her patient rights by not providing a patient advocate nor informing her of the grievance procedure! We will be reporting the incident to the Ohio Attorney General’s office. My daughter was also threatened by 2 clients, and we had to file a police report because the facility did nothing about it! So I would not recommend this facility if you don’t want to see your loved one mistreated by rude, immature and non professional behavior!

Was given the incorrect information. I spent forty dollars to get down there when they knew from the beginning that my insurance was only going to pay for 2 weeks, so then that cost me another 40 to get Home. Now anybody in their right mind? Would not pay $80 for a 2 week program. I know they've been using Buckeye for a while for a long time and so they knew in the beginning so to me they lied to me from the get-go. And didn't even reimburse me for the trip and then they do not have no security there and we have a gentleman who starts hallucinating and then chases other recovery patients like me with a bedframe rail, I had to make sure I ran pretty 'cause I knew I ran pretty. Scared, um, I believe they are. Edit and it for the money for getting the insurance companies lying to the patients and you all can take it from there , thank you

(wish I could leave zero stars) This place is THE WORST! When it comes to communication, understand that once your loved one has been admitted, speaking with them, getting ANYONE to pickup the phone or return messages, is IMPOSSIBLE! I believe that the lack of access to my sister led to her release AMA (against medical advice) and now being unmedicated and apparently living with another addict/mental patient. There was an ROI (release of information) on file for me, however no one would ever return my messages.

Trying to find good care for a loved one in crisis is difficult. Don't make the mistake that I made!!

They will happily take your money and leave you with nothing in return!!

There's so many people that deserve a Thank You from me! Where to begin...
I was in Recovery Village 5/2024 to 6/2024 completed the 40 days and from the time I arrived and during my stay, I was treated with dignity and humility!! The Clinician's are caring and will assist in anyway they can,but first I had to work on ME. The counseling I received was God sent! I learned coping skills, learned how to communicate with others and most importantly, I learned I have a purpose in life and I deserve to be happy and successful without drugs and alcohol.
I put in hard work on my recovery and not a day goes by that I don't review the criteria I received while attending the classes that the Clinician's gave me. It has saved my life.
From the Bottom of my Heart; to the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff,the administration staff and the Clinician's,the Medical staff,the Techs who work 12 hour shifts!!! God Bless You All!! Thank You for showing me the Daylight!!!

This place is awesome recovery village Columbus. My therapists Raynita took care of me made sure my medication was right and my aftercare was set up before I left . Three meals a day plus snacks has a program yoga and weight lifting to get you back in shape. The higher up Judy is amazing made me feel at home. Great job RVC very respectful place.
