The Ranch has been a wonderful experience for us. My wife is finishing up her 28 day program this week. All of the therapists and staff have been great to work with. The family programming was a great resource for us. I can see that her mental condition and outlook has improved greatly in the last 4 weeks.

I came to the ranch thinking all these exercises would be stupid, but they all ended up benefiting me in the best way especially breathing exercises and trauma therapy . It’s really easy to make friends if you’re open to it here, and if you have any complaints, you just file the complaint and it’s usually resolved. I’ll be leaving after my 28 days but I will definitely come back open handedly if I know I need to get back in check again. Get new cleaning, ladies that can do there job, Heathers the only good one! Literally just took apart the coffee pot to find tubs full of mold and I’m sure it’s every coffee maker here has the same issue… some cleaning lady yelled at some dude in the house that literally does 70% of their job so the slobs wouldn’t get us in trouble… doing you a favor, not taking a picture of what I just cleaned….

There are no words to describe just how much The Ranch has helped me! Having experienced another treatment center prior to The Ranch, I can sincerely state, The Ranch has changed my life! Between the Trauma therapy, Equine therapy, Women’s groups, and more, the things I learned about myself, I’ve surpassed the expectations I had going in. Learning to love yourself is immeasurable!

I knew I needed help desperately for Mental Health. The Ranch was able to help me see the help I needed most I’d never imagined. After many traumas and n life and struggles with addiction, The Ranch has become an oasis of love and healing for me. From admissions to aftercare and follow up, they are with me always. I’m not one to leave reviews, if this helps even one person that’s amazing. I can only pay my gratitude forward. The Ranch really let me down. They discharged me without any medications for a 30 day supply after treatment and no medication list to even follow what medications I take and when. While I was at The Ranch the biggest complaint with patients was with Nursing and Case Management.
My case worker did little to help with aftercare which is an intricate part in the substance abuse and mental health field! I had to research and find all my next steps, and it was a burden to even ask if I needed any additional resources. The only thing I had going for me was my level of education so I was able to navigate better than others. (I have a masters degree) It was extremely stressful, at one point the case manager would not see me until the day before I discharged, and she didn't even do that, I had to ask my therapist to help me call and make the proper arrangements.
Due to the sloppiness of the Nursing Team, I am off any of the mood stabilizers and depression medications because they couldn't be bothered to call them into my pharmacy. They didn't do it the first time, the second the nurse Maddie, was so disrespectful, and left a voicemail for the pharmacist that was so long they could only get 4 medications before the allotted voicemail time was up.
Trying to remedy the situation continues to be a nightmare. I discharged 7 days ago and have called 7 times, and they told me I need to find a new provider to refill medications I should of been discharged with.
Overall, The Ranch has been disappointing to say the least, it looks nice but follow through and after care is SLOPPY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would reccommend another facility with qualified professionals who want to see patients succeed after they leave the program.

Note- I did give 2 stars because of the family programming and the therapists which were amazing.

Awesome place, I can't give enough praise for the whole place, it completely changed my life. The BHTs there were great and really cared and took their jobs seriously. This place is amazing the staff is beyond understanding and wanting to work with you. I can honestly say this place saved my life. If you’re thinking about coming here do it. I know it’s a hard decision and a hard choice to make but I’ve seen major progress in myself and I’m starting to recognize who I truly am now. More than a statistic, more than an alcoholic, more than all the negative thoughts I have. I am capable of change and have hope. Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to feel this way? it’s better to “miss” a month of your life than to miss a lifetime. Your worth it ?

My time at The Ranch was truly a life changing experience. Prior to my crisis, I did not have much confidence in mental health services. The Ranch concept of focusing on educating and treating the disease was exactly what I needed. The staff was very supportive and knowledgeable. An unexpected bonus is that I made many new friends that had similar experiences and are on the same journey of recovery. I am also looking forward to the alumni activities. The Ranch is not just a treatment facility, but also a Training Facility. I am in a much better mindset because of this experience.
