Super sweet and gentle staff! My maltipoo was pretty matted, and now he looks like a brand new handsome dog.
They talked him through the whole process so he felt safe and calm.
We will definitely be back!

They are so nice. They do a great job with my 3 older dogs. Service is great and the price is fair. My dogs get so nervous being at the groomers for a long time (something we experienced with our other groomer in our old town), so I always appreciate how quickly they get groomed here too.

They did a wonderful job on my Penny. Dogs roam free, Penny loved that. Very unfortunate this business closed down last month. All the employees were great, sad to see them go. Was told there will be a new business owner in a month or so who will also be doing dog grooming. Looking forward to that!

New ownership is efficient, friendly, reasonably priced with up front add on services. My doodle looked great and was happy when I picked him up. The groomers are so caring, they even checked and removed a tick from my dog's ear during the grooming session!(My fault for taking him hiking with all the flowers and bushes in full bloom). We are happy this groomer stayed open in Newbury Park. Highly recommend.

We take both of our medium Goldendoodles here! We drop them off together, it takes maybe 3 hours (they are super quick), and we pick them up all fresh and clean. We love the cuts and it’s conveniently close to our house. Super easy to schedule online and they are very affordable! All the staff are friendly and they take good care of the pups. 5 stars and we recommend The Prancing Puppy to anyone who asks?

We've been coming here regularly since I got my dog 2 1/2 years ago. Have been here twice since new management and I will continue to, as they do an excellent job. Today was $160 (not including tip, paid in cash) for a trim and de-shed for a 90 lb great pyrenees. When the Prancing Puppy first shut down, I was in a tight spot because many other places didn't take large dogs or they quoted me upwards of $400. (My dog suffered some unfortunate looking home haircuts in the interrim.) Very glad they reopened. They do an excellent job at a great price. He looks tidy, smells clean, and is so happy!
