The last 3 appointments I've had with Potters have kept me waiting over one hour. One time I left after an hour because there were still 2 people ahead of me. Today I had the first appointment of the day and still was kept waiting 1 hour & 10 minutes. I went in to see the doctor and no apology or anything for keeping me so long. I was livid but acted like everything was great as I desperately needed a written prescription. I saw her for less than 10 minutes and left. I got home to my husband swearing and crying. I will never go back here. I have medication for 6 months now and that gives me plenty of time to find another doctor.

I was not satisfied with my visit. The staff was nice, the nurse was nice also. I didn't wait long. I wanted some help for my depression and wasn't sure a regular PCP would be rhe right track so I went here since it's a specialist. I was hoping for some therapy, encouraging words, analysis of my answers to the questions. No help was given. Medication was prescribed, which I was hoping for, but I wanted some counsel to go along with it. Also, I overpaid per my insurance eob. When I called to inquire about it I was told to email. It can take 7 to 14 days to reply. When I worked at an oral surgery office for 9 years I returned patient calls the same day. I will not return to this practice or refer it to anyone.

Appt was at 11 and I'm still currently sitting here at 1215. They've called people before me that arrived an hour after me. When I asked what is taking so long the staff states "the Dr is reviewing the chart" seriously, this is ridiculous. If my daughter didn't need her meds then I'd leave and not come back, unfortunately it is hard to find a psychiatrist that deals with peds patients! This place sucks

I cannot begin to describe how disappointed and even appalled we are with this organization. After being unhappy with our initial iteraction with them - which included 1 1/2 hr long waits and threats of excessive charges if WE were late, we came back a year later and, under the guidance of a caring PN, my daughter's issues were being dealt with. However, within literally days of that PN leaving the practice, most of the previous staff were replaced by people who didn't seem to know the first thing about running a medical office. My daughter was handed off to a nice, but clue-less PN who had no idea what my daughter's issues were. Then without any explanation what-so-ever, she was transferred to "Dr" Oyebanjo-Popoola who announced that my daughter was schizophrenic and needed immediate intervertion before she became completely lost! That was 6 months ago and we haven't been back since - and they haven't bothered to call and check on the person their boss claimed was on the edge of losing her sanity. Yeah..... Stay Away. They are at best clueless and at worst rude and condesending. "Christ centered" professionalism is not something we experienced there (at least not after our PN was switched).

If I could put zero stars I would. It takes hours, and if you're looking to get on any narcotic she won't. I suffer ptsd and was told she won't prescribe my medication, and my insurance won't cover it. Went to another doctor and was put on the meds AND insurance paid 100% of the cost. She is the most rude person I've ever met my life

We went there for over two years and it was always at least an hour wait and sometimes 1and 1/2 hour. The therapist was good but the wait was ridiculous.

This place is awful, cancelled our appointment 1 minute beforehand, then refused to reschedule and were running over an hour behind, at 10 in the morning!
