The nurses and the aides are amazing. My aunt always told me stories but I got to witness it. The nurse Wendy brightened up my aunt and my day with her lovely personality. My family and I would like to say Thank you again, Wendy, your genuine care and empathy made a huge difference in my aunt’s recovery process.

My husband (Tom) and I had the occasion to both be in the Pines rehab at the same time. We found the place to be very clean and cheerful. But the best part of our rehab was the people. From the doctors, admin. nurses, floor nurses, therapists (both physical & occupational), CNAs, housekeeping, and food service people - they were all pleasant and helpful. I want to send a special shout out to all who worked in B Hall, they are exceptional. I was at another rehab and the difference was like night and day. I would recommend the Pines to anyone that needs rehab.

The staff is caring everyone is really nice all you have to do is ask for something and they're more than willing to try and accommodate. In the very beginning the first day that my dad was there there was definitely some Growing Pains to get things done correctly but once you spoke to people about it everything fell in . They've been taking excellent care of my dad. And on a side note the food there is actually pretty decent and if you don't like what you picked on the menu if you just ask they'll get you something else. Suggestion on Sundays when they give you the menu you need to pick out your choices for the whole week which sometimes can be a little hard to remember what you actually ordered per day for each meal if you have a phone take a picture of it or if not then you can always ask them and they'll make a photocopy of it

After extensive research to find a decent Rehabilitation facility, the Pines have exceeded our expectations on every level. It started by me just showing up there unannounced in March 2024. It was around 5pm and the staff were changing shifts. They didn't know I was 'checking' the place out. As they passed me, everyone spoke, & was genuinely polite to each other saying, 'see you tomorrow.' That was my 1st good sign. As I stood in the lobby, the place had a calming feeling about it. It passed my 'smell & aura' test. The young lady at the reception area told me that admissions had left for the day & would return at 9:30 the next day. Her kindness and demeanor passed my next test. We came back in the morning & spoke with Kristen about having our loved one transferred there. Kristen is very knowledgeable & proficient in her position as the Admissions Director. She was a joy to deal with. We completed the transfer quickly within a couple of days. The Pines difference has been like night & day. Our loved one is receiving excellent care & recuperating extremely well. The entire staff, from the Management, the Medical Staff, to the Kitchen Staff as a whole, warrant recognition for this facilities success. It is our prayer that my best friend & loved one Sundra W. will be fully back to living on her own again soon. I highly recommend The Pines of Philadelphia if you want "peace of mind" about where your loved one is being taken care of.

My sister's care and rehab routine helped us feel confident that we chose the right place.
Special thanks to Priscilla and Sheldon for making Mary feel like she was their top priority.

The Pines Rehabilitation Center proudly boasts outstanding nurses and a director of social work. The nurses are quite busy here, providing their care and assistance to patients. They are highly skilled professionals providing quality care 💪🏾 round the clock!

The place is horrible!! Renee the nurse is very dirty who doesn't wear gloved and spread lots of germs all over the place . They hardly wear any mask and the facility have covid... The food is beyond horrible that I wouldn't give any dog. The social worker usually comes to fight with the patients who is helpless. Lots of abuses going on and it's all covered up.
