There is a reason going to small pet stores like The Pet Shop are better, they are just a massive step above in care and customer service. I came in last week for my 15 year old cocker mix who was in his last days, I was looking for information on something to help him be more comfortable like CBD and the gentleman behind the counter led me to some CBD treats. I initially had a big container and after hearing my dog didn’t have much longer, he directed me to all of the options they had including smaller quantities. I really appreciated that help. I wasn’t in the frame of mind to realize that I probably wouldn’t need a big bottle and sure enough, he only got one dose before he passed. He listened to me talk about my dog and shared his experiences with loss as well. My daughter went with me and pressed the service bell about 100 times and they weren’t put out at all by her. They also gave me a bag of samples on the way out. A very good experience, we will definitely be back.

Ordered Dr. Marty's cat food $41+ , my kitties didn't like it. Called a Chris 2 times @ pet shop in Vacaville, ca. & it's over a month & PayPal involved & stick no refund. Chris was supposed to call whoever did the refunds& get back to me. Not very good business people. And the kitty food small bag, oz.'s not lbs.

Incredibly well stocked pet store, with the very best nutrition for your pet. Staff knows every detail of the very fine brands they offer, fresh, raw dried and kibble.

Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, the customer service is outstanding! Everyone is kind, and they go out of their way to help you. The products are great for your pets, certainly very health-conscious products and the prices are competitive. Small business, and we love supporting our local small businesses!

Locally owned and very knowledgeable owner who was extremely patient with educating us with what pet food to change to and provided us with the best customer service. You can tell that they are not only very invested in my shopping experience, but also with ensuring that our dog gets the best they can offer. The Pet Shop has great, unique high quality items the my cat loves. The Magic Dental Powder did wonders for my cat's digestion. My older cat was vomiting just about every day, and within a few days of using this product, he practically stopped vomiting! Highly recommend this product. I was also very pleased to see my cat try new Mouser wet cat food, which he chowed down like there's no tomorrow!
