First check up was an amazing experience!!

The staff were very friendly and calm, making animals feel more at ease at the doctor’s office.

The room my dog was treated in was a big room with plenty of space to roam and get comfortable.

From the front desk to the doctor, the staff were all very kind, helpful, and took great care of my boy.

Nail trims and grooming is also available and affordable.

Highly recommend!!

The story begins when I decided to take in an unvaccinated puppy (she already had an appointment for her vaccination). I picked her up, and she was thin and poorly cared for. On Monday, a day before her vaccination appointment, she woke up without an appetite, vomiting, trembling, and with a fever. I took her to this vet, and they did two tests: one for parvovirus and another for intestinal issues due to her symptoms. To begin with, they took her temperature (with a thermometer that the vet himself said sometimes worked slowly and didn’t function properly) and told us she didn’t have a fever. The tests came back negative, but the vet mixed up the swabs and had to take the samples twice. To make a long story short, the puppy died on the second day from parvovirus, and the only symptom she showed on the last day was bleeding. I doubt they performed the tests correctly; something went wrong. We called to ask for an explanation, and the vet clinic justified everything by saying the vet who attended us was only an intern and that she didn’t understand the situation either. Excuse me? I lost my puppy due to negligence, and they washed their hands of it. What a disappointment, and I am going to report this vet clinic because all they cared about was charging us. I don’t know what could have happened. Maybe they didn’t perform the test correctly, or they didn’t do it at all just because I told them her stool didn’t have blood. They said it could have been that the food upset her stomach, making us believe it was a stomach issue. If we had known she had parvovirus, maybe we could have saved her with treatment, and they were so insensitive the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable at that vet clinic.

This office is hands down the best vet I have ever been to. The care they give and compassion they show is worth the $$$. All of the in office workers I spoke to Tuesday were so sweet and extremely helpful. Even the after hours Vet I left a message for the next evening called me back less than 5min later. She did not rush me and listened to me ramble about my concerns for my baby. My baby is still not back to 100% but he at least is able to cuddle his favorite human again.

My dog and I love The Pet Hospitals at Lakeland. Dr Infante is so great with him. And with me as an always worried dog mom. My boy was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and she’s been so amazing and supportive in her care for him. The facility is nice and clean and the waiting room doesn’t stay filled with people waiting with their dogs which I love. Staff is always friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Gonzalez is amazing! She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and incredible at what she does! Our dog, Cora, was spayed and had a dental all in one day. She has recovered extremely well and her incisions look perfect. She’s on the mend and I truly believe Dr. Gonzalez is a huge part of why she’s healing so quickly! Thank you for loving our dog like she’s your own!

Had and emergency while on vacation during Christmas holidays in Houston Texas . My son calls informing me the my cat Princess was sick
Sinus, congested, nasal discharge. After calling about 10 Veterinary facilities in Tennessee iwas able to reach The Pet Hospital and coordinate for care. Had a friend drive to my house pickup Princess and take to The Pet Hospital. Dr. Covington kept me informed on her finding, and recommended procedures of care and executed
Them flawlessly. She also along with the staff explained procedures to keep my friends and family keeping everyone informed the care and facilities was great and helping keep my little Princess recover . Recommended them for regular and urgent care.

We were recommended here by a co worker. We walked in with our fur baby and everyone was very inviting and friendly. The space in the office is very open and the exam rooms are very specious. Tech Kelsey came into the room and was very friendly and person able to use and our dog. She explained everything they were going to do. She made our dog feel such at ease. At our old vet she was very anxious and stressed out. Then Dr Hadskey came into the room and explained her game plan for our dog. Everyone was EXCELLENT AND SO FRIENDLY. Also their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet!!!!! I will definitely be returning and bringing my other 2 dogs.

It was easy to create an appointment on-line. I was immediately checked-in upon arrival, and shown to a room. My pet was taken for his exam (apparently they also have an option to do the exam in the room you're in). The Dr. came in to discuss findings and recommendations. The price was reasonable. No unreasonable waits.
