She keeps us updated with photos and videos, so we always know Ozzie is in great hands. Jocelyn took wonderful care of our pup!! She is great with communicating and made the appointment process simple. I have never put my pup in daycare/ boarding before, but Jocelyn kept me updated with pictures and texts which eased any anxiety I had. My pup who is normally anxious, was very comfortable with her. She is reliable, and took great care of my pup who was nearing the end of her heat cycle. I will definitely reach out to Jocelyn again for any daycare/ boarding needs!

I recently boarded my dog at this facility and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. Joseline and her team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and caring towards my furry friend. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had ample space for the dogs to play and interact with each other.

I appreciated the regular updates and photos that the staff sent me, which gave me peace of mind during my time away from my dog. It was clear that they truly cared for each animal in their care and went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being.

This is the second time we have used the overnight boarding service and we absolutely love it. Jocelyn is great with the dogs and very accommodating to our needs. My dog has a bad leg and I don't trust anyone else to watch him but Jocelyn. She keeps me updated everyday and I feel so at ease going on vacation and leaving him in good hands.

My pup and I both love the Pawsitively retreat! We've used their services for over a year. The owner, Jocelyn, is very hands on and passionate about what she does. I get pictures and videos through out the day and the communication is always very prompt. Your dog will have a great time, gets lots of play and outdoor time, all while being cared for like you would at home! This has truly been the best dog sitting I’ve ever had. I’ve been taking my dog here for over a year now and she never disappoints. This is my dogs 2nd home with how much I travel, and the care he receives is like no other. From the regular walks to the social time he gets with his pup pals, she’s truly a gem at what she does! She constantly sends daily pictures and updates throughout your pet’s visit which gives me so much reassurance. You will not regret booking with her!!
