Our pups Cosmo & Millie have stayed multiple times, as soon as we pull in they know where they are and get excited! They run right in. The indoor kennel sizes are great and each have a window. The staff is friendly and it’s so nice to see the same staff is there that have spent time with our dogs previously. Hi Connie! 🙂 We get pictures sent to us while we’re out too, which is always nice! I recommend this facility whenever I get the chance. Thanks Pawmer House!

Sherry and her staff at Pawmer House were amazing , we used them when boarding our goldendoodle puppy (7mo) for the first time in July. They went above and beyond to make Finn and us feel comfortable boarding him. They treated him as he was their own. I can not say enough good things about them. Their facility is spotless and we now refer to it as “Disney World for Dogs “ !! You will not be disappointed !! 🐶🐾

Can't say enough good about The Pawmer House! We owned it for 15 years, and I am extremely critical. I have to say that Sherri and Don may even do a better job than we did! The best of the best, can't say enough good about them. Boarded my 2 Golden Retrievers there this past week, and they had a great time. They came home smelling so good I actually contacted the Pawmer House to see if they had had a bath, which they had not. Awesome place!

Wonderful staff and facilities! We are so glad we found Pawmer House to take care of our boys during our stay in the Chicago area. We travelled from Arizona to attend a family reunion and spend some time in the city, and were so glad that Pawmer could accommodate us! Staff were helpful and very responsive when I called to check availability and walked me through what they needed for their stay. Facilities are lovely and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed the large grassy dog run. Highly recommend Pawmer!!

My mother boarded her two older dogs at this business, a yorkie and a Maltese, for her six-week vacation in Florida. Not sure why their experience was not the same as those above, but somehow her dogs were fed double the daily amount of food. Not only can her one dog barely walk because she’s overeaten so much, but they had the nerve to charge my parents for two extra bags of dog food, when more than enough was provided when the dogs were originally dropped off. Absolutely unacceptable for a pet hotel, do not recommend!

Amazing! I never boarded my dog before because she can be dog aggressive. I can't say enough about how happy my dog was in the photos and videos they sent! She had never been away from me for so long and she seemed to thrive! The facility is extremely clean and well kept! The hearts and attention to detail in the staff was something I've never seen before when working with animals! I will definitely board my dog here in the future rather than leave her with friends! Highly recommend!!!
