horrible. nurses treat patients very badly. I see how to talk inappropriately to many elderly people, very dirty rooms, ask for help and take more than 30 minutes. Please, if you have no other option, and it is necessary that your family member or friend is in this place. Do not leave them alone, many nurses do not know how to love their love their profession.

This was my first visit at your facility today. I worked at an Extended Care Center for 32 years as a Registered Nurse/Nursing Supervisor. Just from my observation alone, your set up, pt. Care area and pt.s room area was spot on. My relative was well cared for, comfortable and satisfied with her care. The staff was polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have visited your facility.

This place is beautiful on the first floor, gives the image of being the best place for your loved one but it's not.
Show up at 5 or 6pm than you see the horrible show of front desk abandoned for 10 mins or longer. Then when you finally get someone and ask about your family member, o I'm new idk, do they not have computers? She walked me to her office and than told me she was locked out of computer when she did nothing to try.
When I try to recover my uncles hearing aids,, teeth and glasses, the nurse throws a box at my feet and says that his stuff, you taking it right? While she's pushing her cart down the hallway with dirty diapers on the floor behind her, floor manager saw it and did nothing. I ask to see a room, no you can't see a room all his stuff in that box. No paperwork saying anything, so I have no idea. Hes currently in ICU only 2 days and they already kicking him out.
They can't tell me what he came in with nor the last time my mother visited him? Seriously, it's not rocket science.
If you don't want your loved ones to die miserable, don't bring them here please.

Update: My grandma has since been staying on a different floor, and the nurses on that floor is much better and more attentive. The previous floor nurses are horrible.

Horrible. I walked in, and my grandma had been screaming, trying to get someone's attention because she needed her diaper changed. She was ignored for hours! She was transferred from the hospital, and she is supposed to get dialysis on Saturdays, but they did not have her scheduled. When visiting around 8pm, there is only maybe 1 nurse on the floor. The place is deserted. Horrible. Disorganized. Do not recommend. Stay the hell away from this place if you value your love ones.

Pavilion Rehab and nursing home tour was great. First and foremost Nia my tour guide was very nice. Pavilion looks very neat clean and very organized. That’s my impression from the tour. Place is big and I think the nicest thing is either patient has own room or 1 roommate the most that’s very nice.

I am very big on first impressions and my first impression was great. The decor in the seating area was very relaxing. I was welcomed by pleasant receptionist and wished a good night by 2 others.
