If I could rate a zero star I would! This is the first and last time I will be taking my dog...1st of all he was suppose to get a bath, nail trim and cut. Upon pick up he was shaved . We were told he had knots so they just shaved him. Well even if he had knots , couldn’t they just bathe him first? . Or call and ask if they can just shave him… Either way didn’t smell like he was bathed and nails were not clipped! And he seemed anxious . Upon getting home we took off the bandana they put on him and he had a gash !!! 😡😡🤬 Not a good experience over all! Upon reading other reviews I see same experiences and worse , which make me wonder if he was being yelled at and he was sitting in a cage with anxiety…

This place is ok, did not cut my dog as I wanted but I'm happy that he does not have a bunch of hair on his face. It's a great cut and a cheap price 👍.

I love bringing my dogs here! They always do an amazing job with my Siberian husky Pepper! They are very caring and gentle.

IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO IT! Always follow your first mind!
My husband took our dog here last year and for several months until his hair grew back, we were asked "What's wrong with his fur, why does he look like that?" They had him so patchy it was embarrassing.
Never the less, we decided maybe they had a bad day, "despite the other bad reviews."
We gave them another try and this time, I took our dog in for the appointment.
First off, I said Good morning to the younger lady that had just opened the doors. It took her a few seconds to respond back as if she only did because she was at work.

Secondly, I explained that he was extremely patchy last time and we couldn't understand why as to he was a little more matted when going to PetsMart but didnt return patchy at all
The lady said to me, "well are they not open anymore or something?" As if she was implying that she didn't want my business, usually that would of been it for me, but I was still willing to proceed forward. She then pulled out a card and said, he also has problems when getting his nails cut! I'm like, huh? He got a report card from PetsMart with and "A" they said he has no problems at all. But again, ok.

I walked out the door and sat in my car for a while and spoke to the older gentleman that had just left out.
The older lady comes out and says, we're not servicing your dog, because you had a complaint. Wait, what? So instead of rectifying the issue, you choose to just not service my dog?
Absolutely no problem, give me my dog! She told me how PetsMart had new fresh out of school groomers and that they'd been in business over 25 years. Well ma'am, maybe you all.need some refresher courses or you need to sit on the porch with some tea, cause f'n up peoples dogs ain't it!

My little one has been here a few times & we always love the results. However my only issue is the way to schedule and appointment, I do believe a secretary might be needed or a better handling process when it comes to trying book an appointment should be in place soon. However we love the services provided!

The first time we took our 6 1/2 months puppy Alex to get his nails done they did a good job. But we took him back to get his hair cut they said they could do it because his hair was knots in it that not true. We know this because I brushed it last night. As well as give him a bath as well... That doesn't make sense to us at all .....

This establishment sure lived up to its name because when I saw my dog after they were done with her, she looked like a mutt. My 5 year old sister could do a better job cutting the dogs hair. The groomers need to find a new a profession because grooming is clearly not what they are good at.
