My OT therapist is wonderful. I give her so much credit for my improvements.

However, the waiting room is something else. Receptionists impossible to hear or understand. A positive cloud of marijuana from a visitor (I’m not even against THC, but in a hospital waiting room?). Men who play their phones at full volume. A woman who tried to film people in the waiting room. She filmed people at their most vulnerable. I hate to say that security is needed there, too. It took three cops to deal with her. Cops. In a hospital waiting room. Unbelievable.

As a result of this bad management, I’m quitting this location. Wish it hadn’t come to this, but it sure has. Without rules for legal behavior, the excellence of the care is lost to selfish, privacy invading behavior. Such a terrible shame.

COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED!!!!! I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND I GET NO ANSWER NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY I CALL! MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDED I GET PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR KNEE PAIN I'VE BEEN HAVING BUT EFF THIS! I'LL FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN!
